Listing states king sized bed, two singles with different length and thickness mattresses, that are well overdue replacement , isn’t a king sized bed.Stating there is a window mounted ac unit when there is not is misleading.Outdoor space has weeds growing through all the brickwork.Extractor fan cover covered in a thick layer of dust lying in bath tub on check in. Extractor fan does not function.Interior access to ducted AC system was not locked and was hit twice on head by heavy panel dropping.Smoking taking place on communal deck next to apartment makes room stink and reporting this was not responded to in a timely manner.Building works generating noise and making egress difficult not advised on booking.Booking says Lakeside, lake is one kilometre away , the view is of other apartments and the Latvian embassy’s flag.The same set of sheets and towels for a eleven week stay is not great, washer and dryer both need updating, washing isn't spun effectively, dyer can only dry one sheet at a time, with that taking one hour plus.Dining space is a desk, chairs uncomfortable.Feels like the owner is completely indifferent to keeping this accommodation at an acceptable standard.Managed by a company who take days to respond.
