Convenient location, excellent view

Easy access to shops and heaps of restaurants in close walking distance. Apartment was clean, well appointed, and the view from the balcony is excellent.

The apartment was spacious, had a great view, and was very conveniently located, but there were some negatives that were unacceptable and as a result, we would not stay there again.* the bathroom smelled really strongly of mould* the shower was very dirty* every night cockroaches would come out and crawl all over the kitchen sink and benches, into the drawers, and into the dishwasher (6 bugs or more at a time)* there was only half a roll of toilet paper and none spare in any of the cupboard in the apartment (including the bathroom vanity)
