Don’t get me wrong, the place was very clean and tidy, it’s missing some really basic things. The couch is too small and too hard like a bus stop bench, there is enough room for two comfortable couches. Parking instructions are so unclear we were not sure if included or not so we parked on the street. The bed is double and should be queen and there are no spare blankets. The toilet seat doesn’t stay up. Really basic things that could make this place so much better.

Having to pick up the key at a location almost a kilometer away from the property is unacceptable. You need a new system. You also need to ensure you system works as I had to spend almost an hour liaising with your team to get the key code, with multiple messages saying there was no one available to communicate with. This cost me money and time and inconvenience after travelling all day. The apartment was OK and in a convenient location but very bland and not nicely furnished and had a slight smell of sewerage. I would not recommend.
