Welcome to your stay with Parbery Property - a pleasant and cosy stay in the NEW Metropol building located in the heart of Canberra with separate access & simple self check-in available.



The property includes a state of the art kitchen equipped with all the basics you need to whip up a nice meal! A boutique selection of tea & coffee along with basic breakfast requirements are also provided.



The Space:

The property has one full sized bedroom with a queen bed. There is one separate bathroom, a european style laundry and a balcony overlooking the City area.



Only the best sheets, pillows and mattresses are used to ensure your stay is comfortable as possible. All linen is provided.

The kitchen is equipped with basic pantry essentials should you wish to cook a meal in. There are also multiple restaurants at your doorstep.



Guest Access:

This property is setup for the sole purpose of air bnb. All areas are accessible to guests with no shared areas within the apartment.



Please note - key collection is via lockbox off site at our Office space as this complex does not allow them to be installed at the property.

The office is located at Unit 2/12 Marcus Clarke Street, City.

(1.3km 5 min drive, 16 min walk).



Other Things to Note:

Parbery property can supply a portacot and high chair on request for an extra $50 fee.
