Emplacement idéal à l'entrée de cancale, la ville et le port sont accessibles à pied. Le site est calme. Notre seule bémol est le matelas qui est mou, à part cela rien à redire.

Studio Les Ruets j'ai annulé des mon arrivée car le lit n'était pas fait à l'heure prévu. j'attends toujours un remboursement sur le ménage étant donné qu'il n'était pas fait à mon arrivée. aucune réponse. hôte peu réactif c'est la voisine qui l'a appelé pour le prévenir de mon arrivée car il ne répondait pas au téléphone. je ne conseille pas ce logement.

Studio Les Ruets "Bien dans l'ensemble, endroit calme, bien situé, ne manque pas grand chose pour que ce soit parfait 🙂 A l'écart du centre ville mais pas éloigné pour autant, calme et suffisant pour un week-end 🙁 Un petit SMS éviterait d'attendre les clés pour rien ménage moyen( toile d'araignée au-dessus du coin droit du plan de travail, poussières derrière la TV) serviettes sentaient le tabac froid et accessoire mais améliorerait peut-être le confort: ustensile à mettre dans la cabine de douche afin de pouvoir poser savon et shampoing, une pelle pour ramasser après avoir passé le balai"

Moyennement équipé,calme la nuit mais trop bruyant le jour. 🙂 Studio sympa et nuit paisible. 🙁 -Affiche obsolète avec wifi et le chemin les jeux pas évident à trouver. -Préciser prendre parking du port après avoir traversé la route. -Stores trop petits pour le noir total la nuit. Remettre les occultants qui semblent avoir été retirés. -cintres : pas 2 pareils. -verres : pas 2 pareils. -revoir couverts / vaisselle disparate et pas propre (pichet sale) -ajouter 2 couteaux qui coupent. -changer toutes les casseroles au fond abîmé. -autres oreillers sans taies. -armoire brinquebalante avec poignée tiroir qui ne tient pas. -prises mal collées /vissées. -pas de tapis de bain. -sur site, on parle de produits douche dispo mais rien. -trappe plafond à masquer. -manque patères dans pièce principale pour accrocher au moins vestes et cuisine pour accrocher torchons toujours au sol. -rajouter porte-clef sur clef. -changer la bouilloire qui fuit. -mettre une vraie machine à café simple avec des filtres. -ajouter un micro-onde simple. Le four est trop compliqué à passer en mode micro-onde. -endroit très calme la nuit mais très bruyant en journée comme sur un périph. Il n’est pas évident voire impossible de se reposer en extérieur. -un peu de vis-à-vis avec la maison du fond."

Nicht empfehlenswert

Eine ziemliche Katastrophe. Unpersönlich, der Vermieter auf allen angegebenen Kanälen nicht erreichbar, das Zimmer und das Bad mit deutlichem renovierungsstau. Absolut abgerockt und dafür deutlich zu teuer. Handtücher gabs während der 2 Wochen nicht im Austausch, wir haben uns dann selbst neue besorgt. Kein Internetzugang während der gesamten Zeit. Auf Mail/ sms/ WhatsApp keine Reaktion des Vermieters. Im Bad keine Heizung um Handtücher zu trocknen. Ausstattung mit Gläsern und Besteck minimal. Fazit: da macht sich jemand die Taschen auf Kosten seiner Gäste voll. Wir haben schon viel erlebt, aber das war der Tiefpunkt. Und fewo verwies an den Vermieter und hielt sich raus. Eine Frechheit, diese Bruchbude zu vermieten. Bilder wurden zur Beweissicherung von uns gemacht. Cancale centrum und Strand sind zu Fuß in ca 15 Minuten erreichbar. Und voll mit guten Restaurants und den Austernständen
