La hora de entrada es a las 3, de acuerdo. Ya tenían mi reservación. Me registré. Faltaban -según su reloj, que además estaba atrasado- 4 minutos para las 3 y según me dijeron la ocupación estaba baja. Pregunté si podía dejar mi maleta en la habitación pues tenía que salir, pero no quisieron. Que tenía que esperar a que dieran las 3. Estoy de acuerdo en que hay un horario de entrada, pero al menos un poco de empatía en la forma como se niega la entrada.

The WiFi was excellent strong signal however the TV operation instructions need to be clear example the TV Input need to be set to AV2 And two remote controllers are required. There was a moldy smell in Room 115

Grande chambre et bien située. Douche pas chaude et pas de pression. Communication mauvaise car j'avais ecrit a l'établissement que j'avais besoin d'un transfert aéroport hôtel et ils ont repondu ok mais a notre arrivée il n'y avait personne. De plus on nous a fais payé une taxe a 250€ et le réceptionniste nous a offert le pti déjeuner mais là encore il ne l'a offert qu'un jour alors que je lui ai fais répéter trois todo dias.enfin la piscine n'est pas du tout utilisable, en effet elle est a l'ombre toute la journée, il n'y a jamais personne elle est froide et toute petite. Un argument de vente complètement trompeur. Bref ça reste un bon rapport qualité prix ne serait-ce que par sa situation.

2 night stay is maximum here. No hot water from the shower on the second day. Comfy bed was good and that was only good thing here.

Buen descanso durante nuestra parada en Cancún!!
Me alojé con mi familia en el AMBIANCE SUITS, en tres habitaciones, por una noche. Pudimos tener un buen descanso, el personal del hotel es muy amable, en particular el personal de recepción, el checking y check out fue rápido. Lo que más aprecié de nuestra estadía es la limpieza general del hotel y de las habitaciones!! Lo recomendamos totalmente!!!

D la propiedad no tengo nada que decir solo el pesimo servicio hable para cancelar la resrvacion que acababa de hacer la cual se negaron por completo, no fue por gusto no haber llegado a cancun por cuestiones climaticas no pudim9s salir de la isla cerraron puertos. Creo que era muy razonable para ver apoyado en la cancelacion

It’s good property to stay for a couple of days. Friendly staff and allowed me to check out at 5 pm for 32$ extra so that’s great.
