TERRIBLE
The pictures make the place look beautiful. I asked for early check in & was told to inquire the day of. The day of I sent a message & was told we could check in at 2pm. Upon our arrival at 2:36pm, the cleaning lady was there & told us we could not check in and would have to come back in two hours. This completely set us back with our family as we had already followed instructions and were promised an early check in. After checking in we found the room to have an AWFUL smell. No refilled air fresheners, nasty kitchen utensils. They also sent me info on purchasing an eSIM from their company for wifi, although they provided a wifi password. The WiFi did NOT work when we were there, tv didn’t work or connect, no phone number was provided to contact them with. As check out neared the night before, we were sent a message stating it was at 11am and to let them know right we left so that afterwards they could arrange cleaning. The am of our checkout we were a few minutes behind, but the cleaning lady was banging on the door at exactly 11:01 am. We never even got a chance to communicate or let them know. We asked the lady (the same one who wouldn’t let us check in at our promised time) to give us 30 minutes. By this time she was putting us further behind & delaying our check out. 5 minutes later I started receiving phone calls from the management. This was the first time I was even given a phone number. We were then told we would be charged for half a night, with no courtesy.
