The property doesn't respond to repair issues. One short text would have been appreciated. This property is not currently handicapped equipped. There is construction that has closed the elevator to access the pool, beach and restaurant.
Be careful of the balcony view that you book. There are these that you can't step foot on. There are some you can only stand on and some full balconies. They need to put that in the description.

No crowded and stunning views Restaurant: many options around but the one in the property is great food & service Security; very safe. 24/7 guards Room: hotel size. 2 X Twin beds. Nice view and quiet. A little bit outdated. kitchen and appliances.... Very old and just for show really (microwave was dirty & rusty inside) Bed: very hard and pillows just ok. A/C: very quiet In short : a cozy place to stay if you want to spend more time outside than in your room. With nice pool, beach and food service

Avis important: expérience insatisfactoire et manque d’honnêteté du personnel. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement et je conteste que les photos publiées reflètent la réalité. - À mon arrivée, on m’a exigé un dépôt de sécurité équivalent à 260 USD, et la personne qui l’a perçu s’est montrée extrêmement arrogante. - Lors de l’ouverture de la porte du balcon, on m’a demandé d’éteindre le climatiseur. - Après environ 20 minutes sur place, l’état des lieux m’a répugné au point de m’empêcher de rester; nous avons détecté une forte odeur d’humidité et des taches sur le lit et le sol. - Le bâtiment présente des couloirs sombres et lugubres, renforçant l’impression d’insalubrité. - Malgré le paiement du dépôt, la gestion a interdit l’accès et a refusé le remboursement, démontrant un manque d’honnêteté et de service clientèle. - Je déconseille fortement de se fier aux photos externes ou à la publicité; la réalité sur place est très différente et ne correspond pas à ce qui est montré.

Nice property and room had a great view of the ocean. Wish we could have seen the sun come up from our balcony. Had a small kitchenette. We did not have a table on the balcony which would have been nice and we also had low water pressure in the shower. The beds were comfortable.

It took me more than half a day to find the place because place is called Cancun Plaza not ocean view apartment. I do not recommend this place all kitchen equipments were not functioning such as microwave no coffee no water for guest

Experiencia formidable, check in sin contacto sin inconveniente, piso alto con apartamento reciclado, moderno, con espectacular vista al mar. Parking cómodo, con tienda de insumos elementales en la propiedad. Solarium y hermosa piscina con vista infinita. Restaurante a la carta con precios razonables y buenos productos. Miguel su anfitrión nos brindó indicaciones amables y precisas para que nuestra estancia fuera maravillosa. Muy recomendable , no se necesita un “todo incluído”

Posizione Top, è proprio sulla spiaggia ! Devo dire che abbiamo mangiato al ristorante e non è male , eravamo un po’ titubanti ma vi si può mangiare , hanno molta varietà . La struttura avrebbe bisogno di qualche ritocchino è un po’ più di pulizia , ma visto il posto e la vista dalla stanza è passato tutto in secondo ordine .Anche il check in deve essere migliorato …. Se non hai Wi-Fi è un problema….e sono problemi che devono essere risolto prima da chi gestisce le stanze

Rude staff

I don't recommend this place to my friends and family. The staff was very rude, from the security to the pool bartender. The receptionist told my husband that they wasn't going to help him to bring our luggages to our room because we didn't book through their website. We had to bring our 4 luggages to our room because we booked through hotel.com. (unbelievable) The room is outdating. At 2:30 am was a couple fighting and knocking the walls for about 10 minutes, then they went to the hallway and started to scream at each other. Called the front desk and no one answered me. Luckly, I was there for only one night,otherwise I would have to go to another hotel and loose my money.
