The Space:
A two-level beachfront townhouse for up to 6 guests plus one child, set inside the gated Villas Marlin complex. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with 3 double beds and a sofa bed in the living room, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a balcony where you can take in the colors of the Cancun sea. Please note the home is on multiple levels with stairs inside the unit and in the condominium, and there is no elevator - worth keeping in mind if anyone in your group has difficulty with stairs.

Guest Access:
You'll have the entire townhouse, plus access to the condominium's resort-style amenities: three swimming pools, the poolside snack restaurant, gardens, and the beach. The complex is Villas Marlin, on Boulevard Kukulcan km 13.5, behind Plaza Kukulcan - enter through the security booth next to the pharmacy. Check-in is self-service: we send your access code and full directions before arrival. There's one assigned parking space in the complex, plus free street parking and the plaza across the street for a second car.
The Neighborhood:
You're in the heart of Cancun's Hotel Zone, steps from the beach and walking distance to shopping plazas, supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, and nightlife. Buses along Boulevard Kukulcan take you anywhere in the zone. Cancun Airport is about 20 minutes away, and a convenience store (OXXO) is a 4-minute walk.
Getting Around:
Everything you need is walkable, and the bus along Boulevard Kukulcan connects the whole Hotel Zone - so a car isn't necessary if you mainly want the beach and nearby restaurants. If you plan to explore the Riviera Maya, renting a car is handy; there's one assigned parking space plus free street parking. Cancun Airport is roughly 20 minutes away.
Other Things to Note:
- To receive your access codes on time, please complete the online registration and send a photo ID for every guest before arrival - we need these to authorize entry and send your check-in details.
- The home is multi-level with stairs inside the unit and in the condominium; there is no elevator.
- This is a beachfront condo, so depending on the season you may find sargassum (seaweed) on the beach - a natural phenomenon across the city. Crews clean the beaches regularly, but the beach may not always look exactly like the photos.
- It's a comfortable, well-located condo that prioritizes the view, beach, and convenience over luxury finishes.
- Your stay includes cleaning before arrival and after departure; mid-stay cleaning or restocking is available on request for an extra cost.
