Modern and bright apartment located in a nice and quiet urbanization with two swimming pools 200m from the beach and very close to the promenade.
Las Caletillas is a small town on the south coast of Tenerife, just 14Km from the capital and perfectly communicated.
Facilities: television, WIFI internet, king size bed 1,50cm and double sofa 1.35cm. Travel cot of 120cmx60cm (on request). Bathroom with bath and bidet. Kitchen equipped with microwave, electric plate, washing machine, refrigerator, electric hot water, toaster, kettle, American and European coffee machine and other kitchen utensils. Hair dryer, iron and ironing board, towels and bed linen.
The apartment has an elevator, two swimming pools at room temperature and garage in the same building. You can enjoy two swimming pools with showers and bathrooms with access for people with reduced mobility, garage and all the beautiful gardens surrounding the urbanization are native Canarian flora.

By booking our property through the web you are accepting compliance with the following rules (in advance I thank you for your cooperation)
1. Once you confirm your reservation, I will ask you to provide us with your personal e-mail or WhatsApp so that we can send you additional and personalized information about the property (how to get there, how to pick up the keys etc.) as well as other useful information Zone in which it is located.
2. And in order to complete our Booking Form, I will request from private email that you send us the following information:
-Your personal information (name, surnames, full address and photocopy of passport or DNI).
-The airline and your flight number to know in advance if you are going to have any delay.
-The mobile phone number that you will use on your arrival in Tenerife to contact and coordinate with you the delivery of the keys to the apartment.
-How many people (adults / children) will occupy the apartment during your stay to prepare enough towels, sheets, etc ...
3. Check in time: At 15:00 hours but flexible.

5. When renting our property you agree to respect the rules of the Community of Owners of the building where it is located and expressly prohibit noise as well as performing any kind of activity annoying to the rest of the neighbors from 23:00 hours the night.
