“Overall very pleasant stay. Was visiting my mother who moved to Newmarket recently and this place is about 1 mile from the downtown area. There are no motels in town. It is a second floor unit at the back of the property, that looks like some kind of converted barn structure. Very clean and quiet. Well stocked for the morning coffee. Two full beds that were OK. Note that it is located in a rather secluded spot and would probably be challenging to find if you were arriving at night. It's off the……

It's a great, quiet spot to spend some time, or to make the homebase for a longer vacation. The space was nice, clean, and had everything we needed. The hosts were accommodating, and we were able to have a nice bonfire and make smores. Seeing and interacting with the farm animals was also a fun bonus to the stay,”
