「Little to no communication. Bathroom floors and dishes were dirty. Three forks, four plates, and a few random bowls were in the kitchen. We had to use plastic silverware. I really wanted to provide my college kids a home cooked meal while I was in town but we ended up having to order and reheat. No check out documents were provided even after they were requested. The common area was very noisy until late in the night- most of the windows looked out onto this area. 」

「I had surgery at the Optim Orthopedics center. Our stay at "Cypress" Cottage was within walking distance of the center. Very clean cottage and everything was in good working order. Would recommend this little compound to anyone who has the need to stay in the area.」

「Overall it was a great experience, host was quick to respond to all questions. It was well kept and clean but there were some areas in the drywall that you could tell the building had settled and caused cracks and peeling, also the screen on the porch door was missing. We really enjoyed our time there.」

「Bathrooms not in good shape and in need of repair. Need a coffee maker and coffee set up. Housekeeper was super nice. 」
