"We had a really great stay at this hotel! The indoor pool and hot tub were definitely a highlight—both were clean, relaxing, and the perfect way to unwind after a long day. The breakfast was also really good with plenty of options, and everything was fresh and well stocked. The hotel itself was very clean, which is always a big deal to me, and the staff did a great job keeping everything nice and welcoming. Another huge plus was the location—it was close to everything we needed, making it super convenient for getting around without having to drive far. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place to stay."

"Extremely poor stay. Room 209 was dirty, dusty, with a strong cigarette smell and no hot water. I only discovered the hot water issue the next morning at around 7:30 am while showering, and I had to use very cold water. The bathroom was also very dirty with black stains on the toilet. I reported the issue to the front desk in person around 8:00 am since the room phone was not working. We were traveling as a family (wife and son) and had already paid for 2 nights, but we did not return for the second night due to the unacceptable conditions. We preferred not to escalate on-site to avoid stress during our vacation. We were moved to Room 235, but the condition was even worse: non-working refrigerator and a strong unpleasant cooking smell. There was also cigarette and marijuana smell in hallways, plus excessive noise during the night we were trying to rest. The breakfast area was also dirty and poorly maintained. Overall, a very disappointing experience and not acceptable for a paid stay."

"Rooms are dated. The bathroom didn't have a toilet paper holder. The first room had no shampoo or conditioner holder in the bathroom. We woke up after the first night to roaches all over the walls. We were able to get a new room, (on the second floor). It was a bit cleaner, and the shower did have the shampoo and conditioner holders, but still no toilet paper holder. There was a big cob web on the ceiling and there was a lot of dust on the AC unit. The breakfast had no hot food, there were no waffles. There was only cereal, yogurt, and breads (toast, muffins, and bagels) The only saving grace was the staff was polite, and understood the need to change rooms due to the roaches."

"Seemed like you could get robbed easily at night in that parking lot. A lot of people walking around and outside. Holes everywhere. Didn’t try the air conditioner, didn’t want to touch anything or breathe the air in the room. "

"While our room was large and the beds seemed comfortable, the room was fairly dirty with dirty mirrors and a broken sink that was completely unusable. We did let the front desk know and they gave us a plunger that brought up gross and disgusting black gunk. We told the front desk in the morning that the sink is broken and they said they are aware but book the room anyway. A lady knocked at our door at 8 am to clean it which we found kind of funny. Would not stay again. We didn’t get to have breakfast as the sink issue was such a bummer and gross. "
