  • Summary:

    Comfortable, pet-friendly townhome just 10 minutes from Downtown Asheville, Biltmore Estate, West Asheville, and the River Arts District. Sleeps 6 across 3 bedrooms — including a king in the primary — with a cozy indoor fireplace, dedicated workspace, full kitchen, washer/dryer, and free garage parking. A quiet residential home base for families, remote workers, and adventurers (two- and four-legged) exploring the Blue Ridge.



    The Space:

    You've planned an Asheville trip full of scenic hikes, incredible eats, and the world's greatest brewery hop but where are you going to kick back afterward? Take a vacation from your vacation at our quiet home minutes from everything, without the cramped hotel room.



    The essentials:

    Living room: Two comfy sofas around an indoor fireplace and smart TV — the spot to regroup after a day on the Parkway

    Kitchen: White cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless appliances, and a coffee station — fully equipped if you're inspired to cook

    Dining: Table for six, right off the kitchen

    Primary bedroom: King bed, smart TV, and a dedicated workspace for catching up on email

    Bedrooms 2 & 3: Queen beds with fresh linens and comfortable bedding

    Family-friendly: Pack 'n Play/travel crib available, plus board games and books

    Pet-friendly: Bring your furry family members — no need for a pet sitter

    Getting out: From Sunny Point Café to Nine Mile and Farm Burger, some of Asheville's best food is minutes away. The Blue Ridge Parkway is an easy drive — hike Mount Pisgah, catch the views at Black Balsam or Graveyard Fields, and still make it back for an afternoon nap. Prefer the arts? The River Arts District is minutes away: tour a studio, grab tacos at White Duck, and get your caffeine fix at PennyCup and the Dripolator.

    The house is a quick drive to all that Asheville has to offer. Also Uber and Lyft are widely available and inexpensive.



    Interaction with Guests:

    We give our guests space to enjoy their vacation, but we're just a message away if you need anything. We won't be on site during your stay.

The house was adequate for what we needed and conveniently located. Bedrooms were clean and plenty of towels. But parking is extremely limited (1 car only) and kitchen utensils are sparse (only 3 forks total).

Very nice and clean

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Ample room for up to 6. Great amenities in the house. Parking in the neighborhood is tight so take that into consideration if you have more than 1 or 2 cars. Great communication from the owner, check in and check out processes were easy.

Overall it’s a nice property. The kitchen counters and the bathroom floors could have been cleaned. Only enough hot water for 2 1/2 showers in am. Property owner did try to get that fixed but holiday prevented.

Very nice & clean Property

This townhome was gorgeous; very clean, felt very safe. It's only about 10 mins from Asheville and a very easy drive back & forth. Very good amenities; mattresses were extremely comfortable. Sound machines in each room was definitely a plus. The only thing we had a concern with is that the frying pans weren't very good at all. Couldn't fix eggs without them sticking terribly. Our suggestion would be to replace both of them, as most folks who rent a home with a kitchen actually do fix some meals there. Other than that, we were very happy.

Great set up for a family

I stayed here with my husband and mother in law and it was a perfect fit- ample space, clean, great set up to the house, fully equipped for cooking, comfortable. there was plenty of space for my husband and I to work during the day, great wifi. Overall, much better and easier than staying at a hotel. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

You need to know

This town home is in a developing community right off a busy roadway. There are homes being built on 2 sides. The unit was clean and presented very well except for the loose towel rack in tge 2nd story bathroom that almost caused a family member to fall while exiting the shower. Curtain rod at window by stairs is missing. Also, all the bathmats were in poor condition. These are minor fixes but they have a big impact on guests perceptions.

The townhouse is very new and very clean. All of the rooms are nicely done, the beds are super comfortable and the sheets and towels are very soft. The townhouse has everything you need for a great vacation including a fully furnished kitchen (with some started coffee), Netflix, and a washer and dryer. The location is prefect for visiting Asheville and the Smokey Mountains.

Asheville area visit

This townhouse deserves a 5 star +++ rating. Inside it makes you feel very much at home. Very tastefully decorated and beds and furniture are super comfortable. The owner was very responsive to any concerns we had. Great proximity to " all things Asheville" as well.

Cute clean townhome in Candler

New townhome in brand new Candler development. Home was very clean and well equipped with toiletries, kitchen supplies, towels etc. and beds were super comfortable. We especially appreciated the white noise machines in each bedroom to help combat road and construction noise. Ingles right down the road, which was very convenient. Thank you John for your hospitality!
