Convenient location for access to downtown but located near busy highway. Traffic noise at night. Garage very small but other living areas good size.

Spring break 2023 near Asheville NC
Great experience overall! The townhome is beautiful, comfortable and has everything one might need. We particularly enjoyed the kitchen! The bedrooms and the bathrooms were more than enough for our family of 5. It felt like home and we enjoyed playing games and just staying indoors on the rainy spring day. Good hikes are about an hour away. There are grocery stores nearby. The only downside is a pretty busy road that the subdivision is on and it is pretty noisy at night. Otherwise, the subduction is quite and safe.

We were here for a conference at the Grove Park. We were very comfortable in this 3 bedroom condo.
Excellent. Would highly recommend. Close to Asheville downtown, restaurants, and reasonably priced. The condo has parking, which is always a plus for business travelers!

Very nice accommodations. Parking for anyone with a vehicle larger than a compact presents a problem. Our vehicle barely fit in the driveway and did not fit in the garage.

Great location. Very clean and traveling with 3 men I really appreciated the 3.5 bathrooms. I highly recommend this property.
