“Immaculate, well stocked property. Easily accessible and comfortable. Perfect for our needs.”

“Plenty of parking, home was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The area is convenient 30 mins to Ithaca college.”

“Everything was fantastic and as advertised. It was clean and comfortable, beautiful location, close to Ithaca, but not too close! Mary was easy to communicate with and we had no problems.”

“My sister and I stayed here over the weekend for a Finger Lakes hiking trip, and it was fantastic! Coming from near Philly, the star-filled night sky was breathtaking. Meeting the hosts’ three sweet dogs while stargazing made it even better! The space was adorable, clean, and easy to find. Beds in both rooms were super comfortable; my sister loved how dark the windowless smaller room was, and the larger room had AC and a super convenient multi-device charger located next to the bed. The……

“Great time!”

“Beds were very comfortable.”

“Very convenient to Cornell. Parking is free. Check in and out are hassel free. Apartment is very clean. Host was very helpful and provided all information and instructions clearly.”

“Oh, wow! This was perfect for our group of 8 adults: a combination of botanist work trip and Girl Scout reunion. The house was very clean, beautifully decorated, and well supplied. Lots of privacy in a very convenient location. Would I book Sugar Cube again?? I already have for a family trip! You won't regret your stay here.”

“Perfect family get away in Appalachin. The property was extremely clean and included anything you could possibly need from wash washer/dryer, and extra pillows. We didn't cook much, but truly appreciated the many brand new appliances (crockpot, air fryer, coffee maker, blender, and microwave). The outdoor seating on the patio is an ideal space to relax with coffee. Nash is a wonderful, responsive host who has thought of everything guests need to feel at home, from lighting that automatically……

“Location was great, definitely amazing way to disconnect for a couple days with the family. Only had 1 problem which was the stove top not working but besides that everything else was great.”

“This home was very clean and comfortable with plenty of space. The updated kitchen had plenty of good utensils, dishes and cookware. The hot tub was in excellent shape. The wifi was very good.Keep in mind that this is a very old, refurbished home that has the expected quirks which add charm - tight bathrooms, some slightly sloping wood floors, steep stairs. We would definitely consider staying here if we visit Ithaca again!”

“Great location in an old home”

“Host was very helpful and always responded in a timely manner.”

“Very clean and updated. Air conditioning was excellent”

“We enjoyed our stay. The cabin is very comfortable and clean . It is so peaceful there. Thank you for always making us feel at home. We will be coming back next year.”

“Description: The unit is not a 'house'. It's an renovated building behind a house. Safety/Security: The stairs are an accident waiting to happen. Top tread is almost split through along the length and was repaired/remounted on an angle. Bottom tread is so far under the top that you have to step sideways to be stable. No handrails. No exterior lighting except for one small solar light by the stairs which doesn't stay charged. Parking: Ad says you can park on the street (a hill) or in the……
