"The property can use some deep cleaning, lobby area seemed dirty, did not enjoy seating there. Room - had to put a sheet over the sofa as you can tell it has not been washed in awhile, A/C unit is loud and can't get it under 68 as AC unit freezes. So warm room indeed."

"This hotel is in a great location and has a great restaurant and bar. However, our room was more like a storage room or afterthought. There were few people there at the time but we were put in a room right next to the elevator that loudly dings and our room had windows that opened to the roof with no few of sky or grass or anything. Bizarre. We were only there for one night or I would’ve asked to change rooms. Not sure I would stay here again. "
