Welcome to this bright and cozy boutique apartment in the heart of Canet de Mar—a Mediterranean retreat designed for those seeking peace, comfort, and a charming stay. With 140 m², you’ll enjoy a warm living room, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a sunny private terrace—perfect for relaxing or sharing special moments. High-speed Wi-Fi is ideal for remote work.



Located in a quiet residential area just 5 minutes’ walk from the beach, the apartment blends coastal village charm with everything you need for an unforgettable stay. The train station is only minutes away, offering direct connections to Barcelona and the Costa Brava. Municipal parking is 2 minutes on foot.



Amenities: air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi, equipped kitchen, spacious terrace, and room for 6 guests. Perfect for families. No pets allowed.



Important rules: Check-in is from 17:00 to 21:00. Late check-in from 21:00 to 23:00 is available for an additional fee, payable on arrival. Check-in after 23:00 is not possible. Guests under 25 cannot check in. No parties or unregistered guests allowed. Family property.



This is a residential neighborhood: by municipal regulation, noise and loud music are prohibited after 22:00 (Friday and Saturday) and 21:00 on other days. Please respect the neighbors’ rest.
