「Personnel très serviable à notre arrivée. Oubli d'une veste que nous n'avons pas pu récupérer le jour même, l'hôtel étant fermé de 11h à 16h ! L'hôtel n'accepte pas d'envoyer les objets oubliés contre remboursement. Espérons récupérer la veste lors d'un passage à Narbonne en juillet...」

「The hotel is chasing, as in old charm. But beyond the charm, a reality come with it. It would need a lot of renovation, espacially with the bathroom. The shower in my room was a prefab shower module from the 80's. Completely run down, almost unusable, potentially dangerous as you could easily slide and fall in it. It may not be the case for all the rooms, but make sure to ask if the bathroom as been renovated! The staff was nice, and apolegatic about it. The owners need to do something about it....

「Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Die Besitzerin war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und vielfältig. Besonders praktisch ist die zentrale Lage direkt im Zentrum, außerdem gibt es Parkmöglichkeiten direkt am Hotel. Vielen Dank auch für den tollen Restaurant-Tipp. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.」

「Tout était absolument parfait. L'hôtel est vraiment au calme et la vue depuis le restaurant est à couper le souffle. Très pratique d'ailleurs de pouvoir manger sur place après notre escapade de la journée. La chambre était vraiment très bien et le personnel était au petit soin. Petit déjeuner correct. La piscine un peu fraîche mais ma chérie s'y est bien plu. À bientôt peut-être... Amandine et Francisco」

「Our hosts were amazing. Anything we needed they provided, even dental floss. Very unique setting and perfect location to attend a wedding at the Chateau. Just a level 8 minute walk. We would definitely return to stay again.」

「Staff at check in helpful and attentive. Clean room, except for penultimate night, but no big deal. Easy to access from Autoroute with simple access into Narbonne Thoughtfully placed us on quiet side of building. Parking always easy and felt secure. Decent breakfast provision. Would certainly choose to stay again.」
