This is a 1-2 star property. Photos are misleading. So disappointed in Expedia for passing off this property online for being more than what it is. Total misrepresentation. I may never use Expedia again after this experience.

Loved staying at the lv8, the staff made it a great experience they’re all very friendly and helpful. I’d for sure stay here again. My room was really nice the bathroom was huge, bed was super cozy, and my pool in the room was cleaned a few times throughout my stay which was really nice. The resort is also amazing, great views and good food. I was really taken care of over here :) the staff is amazing.

Shame about the food.

Great resort, shame about the food quality. Breakfast was average at best with delays, quality. We had lunch as well but no better, we had to leave the resort for our meals.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The condition of the hotel reflects the two year shut down. They are working hard to bring it back to the high standards that would be expected from a hotel of this cost. Be aware that traffic in Canguu is very very heavy all the time so you can’t just nip somewhere and walking on the roads around hotel isn’t advisable.

Staff is nice, rooms are big, the pool area is nice. Food and drinks are expensive. The shower does need a good scrub in the corners. Sheets and towels new a clean. The pool water looked a bit dirty. The beach right in front of the hotel is dirty but the clubs right next to it keep it better so we used those instead.

We had a pool room but no outside cushions or sun loungers so we were unable to use. We asked multiple times and they said they didn’t have enough for all the rooms with pools. Felt that we paid for something we were unable to use. The main pool and restaurant service was great.

Did not live up to expectations. The hotel is run down, food is overpriced and often cold. The pool was so absolutely disgusting, full of algae. We travelled as a group of 8 adults and 7 kids and required visits from the doctor from what we suspect to be the condition of the pool. We were refunded 3 nights of our 5 night stay. The pool was also closed after our group complained when checking out. The location is right on the beach but there’s not really anything else located close by. Better of staying actually in Canggu within close vicinity of Batu Bolong.

スイート 1ベッドルームオーシャンビュー　エキストラベット設置で3名で使用しました。 部屋　ベランダは広くかなりくつろげました。ベランダからの海の景色も最高でした。 予約は3ヶ月前ぐらい前にとりました。 インフィニティプールでくつろぎながら 海でサーフィンをしている旦那を見ることができ最高でした。 レストランの雰囲気　食事もよいです。 スタッフも親切で問題ないです。 ホテルは広く、部屋数も多いです。 ホテルはエントランスゲートからエントランスまで少し歩きます。夜はかなり暗いです。エントランスゲートにgrabバイクを呼ぶことができます。 海岸からfinnsビーチクラブまで5分ほどでいけます。海岸からfinnsビーチクラブの横の階段を上がれば到着します。 また宿泊したいです。

Had a wonderful stay, all staff are wonderful, prompt and very friendly. Petri at the front service desk goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable, pleasurable and will assist you with all inquiries. The resort is a lovely place even though some things look dated that is to be expected in the tropics, everything is clean, bed was very comfortable, 24hr room service, breakfast available till 11am, late checkout and the massage was sensational. Everything is there. Thank you to all staff for a great first time visit to Bali.

This property hotel was not what I saw on the photos. This hotel needs a facelift. Staff were ok pool room we had the pool was dirty and had to be cleaned twice..electrical in our room was poor with bad connection. . Communication was poor with staff . Breakfast was good with great food . Coffee was poor with no lite milk . Don't no why Expedia would put old photos of a hotel which is not up to scratch.

We had no hot water during our stay. Property is outdated and needs a massive upgrade. Pool area is nice however food wasn’t great and the cabana area is not as good as it was a year ago when we stayed. Good location but needs some attention
