Great staff, amazing vibes, our room’s shower was not working and they immediately stepped in and change me to another room that was a better upgrade, always providing recomendations and being friendly, will definetely stay here again.

This place is perfect for a solo traveler or couple . I went solo. The staff was very nice and helpful. I had the villa with a private pool. The one seen in the pics with the outside open living room plan ;which has its own TV. There is a Tv in the room. The pool was very nice and the water runs all night which I liked for a nighttime dip after running about Bali all day. Bottled water in the outdoor style bathroom. Nice size refrigerator, the bed was large and comfortable. Shower had hot water and great water pressure. I ordered breakfast and it was delicious. If I had one complaint it would be some animal on the rooftop that sounded like a mix between a frog and a bird. Once I knew it was not in the room I got used to it. The AC for the room was excellent. The location is not too far a walk from the beach if you like walking . Plenty of places to eat and drink on the way to the beach. I would stay here again. Great for the price.

Staff were wonderful! So helpful and kind to our young family! Location was great. Close to shops, food, and beach. We had the three bedroom villa and it had space for us to spread out, enjoy, host dinner for our broader family. Lots of swimming!!

This is a difficult review to write because the staff were so wonderful, I feel bad but I think it is necessary. I looked at both the Premier Villa and the Deluxe Villa. I would have been happy to pay that bit more for the deluxe but the pictures looked very much the same so I went with the Premier. You can clearly see, in the pictures, a kitchenette, a beautiful blue pool and it advertises a microwave, private hot tub, dressing gown, slippers etc. This is not accurate. Many of the pictures included under the Premier Villa listing, are for the Deluxe Villa. There is no kitchenette, no microwave, no large outdoor seating area. The pool was extremely murky and while I honestly enjoyed watching the water lizards and crabs swimming in it, it wasn’t quite what I pictured. On the second day, I showed them the discrepancy and they “upgraded” me. I was quite firm that this was not an upgrade, it was what I had paid for. After that, I had a lovely time and had they been very apologetic and removed the pictures, I would think it was a genuine mistake but they have not. Even the Deluxe villa does not have a microwave or a hot tub, it is a huge, lovely bath but with cold water only. Housekeeping will come every day but they don’t actually change the bed, they just remake it. I was there 9 nights, so it’s a long time to not change sheets and pillowcases. The staff were absolutely lovely, but I wouldn’t stay again,I don’t like the deception.

Nice pool villa, breakfast was served in the villa which was nice. Some critters will be there in outdoor parts of course but at least not many in the bedroom which is not a guarantee in Bali. Looks like it's in the middle of nowhere when you get there but you can easily walk to Echo beach

This was a great place to stay. The staff was really nice and they tried to help when they can. My suggestion would be to update the property by doing some renovations and make it more bug and animal proof.Maybe not have a deep pool in the villa. All in all it is a great hotel

We loved our stay here! Our villa was so beautiful and peaceful, exactly what we had hoped for in Bali. Location was great, so close to everything but set back from the street enough that we couldn’t hear anything but the river. Staff for all so lovely and amazing, will definitely be coming back!
