「We had an amazing time. The service and communication were absolutely flawless - we cannot rate the staff highly enough. Some of our family were sick while there and the Bumbak team went out of their way to make us feel looked after. The villa was beautiful and comfortable and our daily in-villa breakfast was delicious. 「I loved Sin Nombre, it was safe, quiet, clean, modern and the staff there was extremely kind and attentive. Right across the street was a Bistro that served hot food and if you wanted you could order and they would bring it straight to your villa. The villa's were amazing!! Just as the pictures showed. 「We had an amazing stay and would definitely stay there again and recommend the property to friends as well. The only reason I have 4 stars on cleanliness was because there was no shower curtain or shower doors which made the whole bathroom floor wet everytime we took a bath and made it messy and dirty. Otherwise everything was perfect and staff was awesome. Thank you!」

「Fantastic boutique hotel that’s stunning, both in terms of the grounds and comfort of the room. Staff were always very friendly and happy to help, nothing was a problem. Baring in mind the hotel is located near some ricefields and has forrest grounds, there is a number of bugs around but I think that’s to be completely expected.
