“Les + : bon accueil par une personne sympathique et à votre écoute. Établissement très propre. Clim, télévision. Bouteille d'eau offerte pour la nuit. La personne en charge du petit déjeuner, souriante et enjouée. Les - : pas super facile de se garer. La wifi ne fonctionnait pas dans les chambres à l'étage, malgré le relais dans le couloir. La salle du petit déjeuner est petite, donc bruyante. La qualité des produits du petit déjeuner est à revoir : pas de pain frais mais du pain rassis sous……

“Really cool modern hotel with robot butlers. Fun idea but a little scary! Another good idea was their honesty bars, saves on paying staff I assume! The spa was brilliant, well priced for all day access. The food was really tasty for breakfast and it’s on until 11am. Perfect tor lazy chilled days, they left rose petals on our bed as it was our honeymoon which was a lovely touch. It was a 35 minute walk from the centre of Syracuse and taxis are squirt expensive, there is a bus but we didn’t bother……

“In the old town, easy to walk to attractions. Rental car’s navigation took us to a very narrow street, we should have followed the instructions from the hotel email. Hotel manager came out, sat in our car and directed us to the right place to park. ”

“The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They offered recommendations for the area as well as nearby towns to visit. Many of the staff spoke English very well and the others understood our broken Italian well when we attempted to practice our Italian. My wife has celiac disease and they catered to her gluten free diet for breakfast. We stayed there during her birthday and they presented her with a gluten free walnut and chocolate cake they made themselves and sang happy birthday to her.……

“We arrived at 1:00pm and got our room immediately. Room was big and clean. Breakfast was delicious and with big varieties. Service in the breakfast was very good. We liked this hotel and would definitely come back.”
