This fabulous villa features charming bohemian touches; the local art, the modern details and hand-selected art deco furniture create carefully designed corners to enjoy this gem in the south of Spain at best. You will have all kinds of facilities and amenities at hand; thanks to the spectacular setting and the breathtaking views, it will be hard for you to leave this holiday rental when your stay is over.

The house welcomes three spacious double bedrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with one double bed, an open bathroom with a shower and a bathtub, and access to the outdoor space. Another bedroom is provided with one double bed and one en-suite with a shower. In the third bedroom, you will find two twin beds and an en-suite with a shower. The villa also relies on a separate toilet for guests to ensure an even higher degree of comfort.

The living area is as charming as you can imagine. The spacious, double-height living room is equipped with comfortable sofas and armchairs, as well as a TV. The lounge room shares space with the unobstructed kitchen, characterised by modern furniture, a fabulous kitchen island and fully equipped with anything you might need. Near the kitchen, the dining table lets you have your meals accompanied by the spectacular views of the mountains of Alcaucin, which will leave you breathless.

The house is fully equipped with warm/cool air-con and underfloor heating.

Outside, you will spend unforgettable moments with your beloved ones, thanks to the several areas, such as the porch with a bed for relaxing in the shade, a BBQ area and an outdoor kitchen to prepare delicious meals. The fantastic private pool is located on a precious terrace, where you can rejoice in the views and feel all the worries vanish in the azure blue of the horizon, allowing you to disconnect and unwind surrounded by luxury and peace.

The swimming pool can be heated and reach 25-28ºC, depending on the outside temperature. Heating has an additional cost of €150/week.

The access to the villa is possible via a 3-km unpaved lane.
