“We had a lovely stay thanks to Stella and family’s hospitality and well-kept home. We were two families with kids ranging in age from 9-13 - they didn’t want to leave! Why would you want to with a beautiful pool, horses, dogs, kitties and more?? Plenty of room and then some at this sprawling villa with loads of character. We chose to stay in this area following a cruise coming out of Civitavecchia. The serene and amenity filled property was very welcomed after a crowded cruise. Visited Orvieto……

“We can hardly put it into words how great this vacation was. With a group of 13 people we were there for 10 nights. The salt pool, which was cleaned every day, was an oasis of relaxation. A bar right next to the pool was ideal to mix our homemade cocktails and we could enjoy them right by the pool (big fridge!!) Entertainment is provided with a giant golf course, soccer field, a pizza oven that was actually turned on for us by the house keeper so we could make pizza. 8 km away is the beach which……

“We were a group of two families and a total of 8 visiting the property in mid June. We drove from Florence and were hoping for something nice and spend few days. However, when we arrived at the property, the serene landscape, the plantation inside and around the premise, the topography, and the natural beauty were breathtaking. The house was very well maintained and had everything that you need to sustain for a group of 8 people with kids. Rooms are spacious and very well maintained. The yard,……

“Great house - stylish, comfortable and very well done inside and outside. Located in the middle of peaceful Italian countryside - clean air, roosters, starts at night. 15 min drive to the beach and historic town of Tarquinia. 100% recommended. ”

“House is very old with rustic features but we were very disappointed that there was no dishwasher, microwave or toaster as described in the facilities plus there was no kettle. There are also very steep old stone steps to the first floor which are not suitable for very young children or elderly people. The house would also benefit from some sort of air conditioning or fans as it was very hot at night. However, the pool area is really lovely and the breeze during the hot weather was very……
