During peak times, spots may be limited, and you may need to park a short walk away. → Smoking: Not permitted inside the townhouse. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available within the complex. Additional cleaning fees apply if smoking occurs inside. → Late check-out: $50 per hour fee applies, as cleaners operate on a strict schedule.

Please note that due to the extremely low temperatures outside, the pool and hot tub are closed. To maintain the safety of all guests, the pools will not be reopened until the temperature rises above -20 degrees.
Thank you for your patience and understanding. This building is in a shared complex in close proximity to other buildings. There is a strict no parties policy and quiet hours are in effect after 10PM as per local bylaws. Any fines or violations that are incurred during your stay will be passed on to the guest to pay.
We kindly ask that you use no glass in the pool area
Smoking is not permitted in the Mystic Springs complex except in 1 of 5 designated smoking areas on the property. Smoking is never permitted inside. Smoking in the unit will result in an additional cleaning fee.
Parking is available both behind the building in the parking lot and on the street in front of the building. During busy times such as weekends in the summer and holidays, please know parking can be limited. You may occasionally have to park down the street, a block or so away.
This building is a freestanding, private building located in a complex called Mystic Springs. The pool, hot tub, BBQ area and laundry facility are shared amongst other guests of Mystic Springs.
Late check-out will result in a $50 pre hour charge. Our awesome cleaners run a tight ship and will bill us for idle time.
Important Notice: Please note that if the fire alarm is triggered accidentally—whether by children or adults—and emergency services are dispatched, a $150 fee will be charged to cover the response cost issued by the complex. We kindly ask all guests to ensure that alarms are not tampered with and that children are supervised around safety equipment.
Long-Stay Policy: For reservations of 10 nights or longer, a mid-stay cleaning is required. This ensures the suite remains fresh, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout your stay. The cleaning includes a full refresh of the unit and allows us to check that everything is in proper working order. Guest will be contacted during the booking process or shortly after booking to arrange a convenient time.
