Guests have full and exclusive access to our private suite, including the furnished balcony with BBQ, cozy gas fireplace, in-suite laundry, and secure underground parking—perfect for arriving with ease and staying in total comfort.

As part of your stay at the Grande Rockies Resort, you’ll also enjoy access to a range of shared resort amenities designed to elevate your mountain getaway, including:

We have one designated underground parking stall in the parkade of the complex. Please note that the height clearance for the underground parkade is 7 feet.

- Our homes are fully stocked with the essentials you’ll need for a comfortable stay. Supplies are set up to last approximately 7 days. For extended stays beyond this, guests will need to purchase and maintain any additional items they require.

- The air conditioning (A/C) unit is currently unavailable until summer.

★ Grande Rockies Update: Hallway Replacement Project
- There's an ONGOING Hallway Renovation Project. You will see information/caution signs in the lobby and by all elevators in place.
- The last phase involves removing and installing new tile in the garbage room vestibule and elevators #1, #2, and #3. Elevator tile work requires the elevator company to be on-site to shut down service.
- On Tuesday, November 25, 2025, at 11:00 a.m., the contractor will jackhammer the tile baseboard in the main floor garbage room vestibule. New tile will be installed the same day in the vestibule and elevator #3. Elevator #3 will be out of service during this time.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT:
★ Please note that there will be overnight supervisor on site to provide support for both guards and residents/guest and to respond quickly and professionally to any concerns that may come up overnight.

*Pack & Play Policy*
If you’re traveling with little ones, we’re happy to provide a Pack & Play at no extra cost—just let us know at least 24 hours before check-in so we can have it ready for you. We don’t keep them on-site, as each is taken off-site for deep cleaning between guests.

Requests made after check-in are subject to a $75 delivery fee.

Our base rate includes up to 2 guests.
An additional guest fee applies beyond 2 guests to account for the extra supplies, laundry, and cleaning that come with hosting larger groups.

All additional charges are subject to GST + Alberta Tourism Levy (9% total).

To ensure a safe, seamless, and high-quality experience, we kindly require all guests to complete the following quick steps after confirming their reservation:

1. Sign our short-term rental agreement
This is a standard document that outlines the terms of your stay, our house rules, and general policies. It protects both parties and helps us maintain the quality of our homes and guest experiences. The rental agreement will be sent automatically after your reservation is confirmed and can be signed digitally in just a few clicks.

2. Complete ID verification
All guests are required to verify their identity through our secure platform. This one-time step helps us ensure the safety of our community and property, and only takes a few minutes.

3. Choose your damage protection option
You’ll have two options to finalize your booking:
– Pay a $50 CAD non-refundable damage waiver, which provides up to $700 CAD in coverage for accidental damage during your stay.
OR
– Choose a refundable $700 CAD security deposit, which is a pre-authorized hold on your credit card taken 2 days before check-in and released automatically 5 days after check-out, provided there is no damage or violation of house rules.

*Please note: A 2% processing fee is retained by our payment processor, so the refunded amount will be $686 CAD. However, if you cancel your reservation before the deposit is processed, you will not be charged this fee.

*All requirements are clearly communicated and handled securely through our trusted guest portal.

*Completion of these steps is required to finalize your booking prior to receiving check in instructions and entry codes.*

We had an amazing stay at the Chic Rockies Getaway! Centrally located to Banff and downtown Canmore and a great indoor/outdoor pool for the kids.The owners had thought of everything - the bear bells, fully stocked kitchen and laundry needs, prompt communication of all passwords needed and were quick to respond when we had a question on the TV remote volume. We would definitely stay here again.

We rent condos all through Canada the US .we have rented at this property years ago wonderful experience beautiful unit. they called this one a 5 star, honest rating is 2 star. The bed squeaked & cracking noise when one moved. the bathroom barn door had huge gap so offkilter kitchen necessities there was 5 forks, coffee cups all DIRTY not a single decent glass bowl to make a salad or serve in, but they did have colourful children’s spoons and knives. Perhaps that’s what we should’ve been using. The couch was horrid, Wi-Fi was so spotty we were unable to work there had to leave to work. The stove was disgustingly dirty, the walls are paper thin there was so much noise in the hallway stomping banging. We were not informed about the retrofitting of the building before we arrived as we would not have booked. it was the most worst experience. It was to be a very special trip for us. We left a day early. We simply could not stand it any longer. We will do everything in our power to let everybody know not to book that place. They’re just simply isn’t enough room in the space to really let you know how bad this place was.
