Incredible place, incredible host

We stayed in Canmore for the duration of our trip to Alberta minus going to Jasper for a night. We used the Canmore VBRO as a hub to go back to Calgary for the stampede and then to Banff, Lake Louise and Jasper. It was a wonderful location. Mornings were beautiful walks around Canmore. The welcome package given at check in was informative and useful. Our stay had one issue that was resolve quickly by the host with compensation. The guest before us took the national parks pass and we paid out of pocket. The host sent an etransfer to cover our costs and the inconvenience. The pass is definitely an added bonus if you are planning on travelling to all the hotspots!!! We loved our stay, the host and the facilities. Everyone was so friendly, the place was immaculate and we would not hesitate to recommend or stay there again! Thank you, Yen!
