Luxury 3BR/2BA Corner Penthouse in Heart of Canmore
LUXURIOUS CORNER PENTHOUSE. Majestic vaulted ceiling. Spacious living space. Fully equipped gourmet kitchen. Features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Sleeps up to 10 guests. Underground heated parking lot accommodates two cars (tandem parking). In the heart of Canmore. Close to everything. 20 minutes drive to Banff. 1 hour drive to Lake Louise.

This 1,600 sq ft, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom corner condo situates on the top floor in the newly constructed White Spruce Lodge in the Spring Creek community.
Living room features majestic sloped high ceiling with two oversized grand windows offering lots of natural lights throughout the day. Breathtakingly surrounded mountain views is always a plus with a penthouse. Huge balcony accessed from the living room contains a BBQ grill and a set of outdoor sitting furniture.
Kitchen is fully equipped with high end quartz countertop, gas cooktop, major/minor appliances and all kinds of tools, pots and pans, allowing you to thoroughly exert your cooking talent and prepare your own gourmet meals.
