Capacity: Maximum of 12 guests.

Beds: Two bedrooms feature king beds made by joining twin beds with a topper. Beds can be separated on request for a $100 setup fee. A $100 penalty applies if moved without approval.

Stairs: This unit has multiple levels and stairs; not ideal for guests with mobility concerns.

TVs: 4 total – living room, basement, and both upstairs bedrooms.

Towels: One towel per guest provided. For extra towels, please bring your own or use the in-unit washer/dryer.

Parking: Garage + driveway parking only. Free street parking may be available (first come, first served). Building management may issue fines if rules are not followed. Please arrange in advance if bringing more than one vehicle.

Housekeeping: Professionally cleaned and sanitized after each stay.
