2 Outdoor Hot Tubs! Amazing location with onsite restaurant, spa, gym and under ground parking! This 1 bedroom, 1 bath suite is the perfect place to stay for all your mountain activities or if you are simply wanting to come to relax, spend the day at the spa and enjoy the views. This unit is close to grocery/retail stores, coffee shops, restaurants, the downtown core and legacy bike trail. If you are wanting to explore other areas, it's only a 20 min drive to Banff and 45 min to Lake Louise.

- Bedroom #1: Queen size bed, closet (bath robes), night stand, TV,

- Bathroom: shower, soaker tub, large mirror and vanity with sink

Main floor:
- Living Room: Electric Fireplace, 55-inch TV
- Fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and granite countertops

Other features:
- Linens and towels provided for guest use

-Bath toiletries provided for guest use (shampoo, conditioner, lotion, body wash, make-up wipes)

- Private in-suite washer and dryer, iron, ironing board

- A private balcony with patio furniture set

- Fully stocked kitchen including salt/pepper, coffee, tea, sugar and creamer packets

- Secure underground heated parking with easy access to the suite from elevator and use of luggage carts

- HD Cable TV, free high-speed Wi-Fi

Guests have full access to entire condo, underground heated parking and shared hot tubs.

We are local so we are available if needed. We prefer communication through the Airbnb app so that our team can respond to any questions or concerns you may have right away.
