Great place but i has seen its glory days. Pool, sauna and hot tub are awesome. Rooms are luxury but show it's age and poor maintenance. Built in microwave didn't work (they brought spare one for counter top), random holes on walls in bathroom due to moving towel holders but not fixing old holes properly. Elevator call buttons on few floors were falling off. Our check in experience wasn't fun probably due to poor staff training. It's a decent place but only if you get a room at a discount. Not worth premium full price for aging, noisy (could hear upstairs neighbours turning lights on and off, walking) facility.

Our stay was great! Underground parking was good. Additinal parking in the front( not much due to the snow). A trail to walk into town was right there. Very close to Spring Creek. The Hot tub was hot and the pool was well heated! Our kiddos loved the hot chocolate in the lobby. Our room was very clean and all the appliances worked! The showers were nice and big and the balcony was a good size and a great view of the mountains!

We had a great stay overall. The room was spacious and very clean, and the hotel facilities were extremely well-maintained. The pool area was also nice and clean, although it would have been even better if the temperature of the large pool was a little warmer. Other than that, everything was excellent. This hotel is very well managed, and I would definitely recommend it to everyone.

A wonderful hotel with friendly front desk personnel. Location is just slightly away from town but we have a rental car so that was not an issue getting to downtown. We had the 2 bedrooms apartment and the apartment was very clean and modern and kitchen was equipped with essentials.
