Beautiful hotel and kind staff, I had a suite room with a loft and jet tub. It was a beautiful room. The only issue was the upstairs windows would not open, did not have curtains, and the room did not have A/C. It was +20 outside and the upstairs/bedroom area was at least 7 degrees hotter.
