  • Enjoy a luxurious, affordable and carefree holiday on the Côte d'Azur!

    Villa "Le Bon Temps" is located in the residential area of Minelle, approx. 1 km from the center of Mandelieu and approx. 2 km from the center of La Napoule. The beautiful fine sandy beach of Mandelieu (with ample free parking) is sheltered at about 2.5 km in the bay of La Napoule and offers a view of the bay of Cannes.
    Due to its exceptionally mild climate and beautiful beaches, Mandelieu has enjoyed an excellent reputation as a seaside resort for years. Shops / supermarket / laundry / dry cleaning / restaurants are within approx. 1 km. The "Boulevard de la Croisette" of Cannes (centre) is approx. 8 km. Airport "Nice Côte d'Azur" can be reached in about 20 minutes by car. A bus stop is approx. 600 meters away.

    On the ground floor of the villa there are two comfortable holiday apartments, each with its own entrance. Both apartments are officially classified as a 3-star Meublé du tourisme for up to 4 adults (maximum capacity incl. children: 6 people). (Nos. 06079000466JP and 06079000729DP). The owner of the villa lives on the floor. Tenants of the apartments can also use the beautiful swimming pool and the trampoline in the garden of the owner. In addition, there is also a ping-pong table and a playground for children.

    Apartment A: consists of a living room with adjoining open kitchen and sleeping cabin (bunk bed 90x200), two separate sleeping areas and a bathroom. The apartment is suitable for a maximum of 4 to 6 people, has a private terrace/garden of approx. 75 m2 and is located at the front right of the villa.

    Apartment B: consists of a living room (including sofa bed 140 x 200), an adjoining open kitchen, two separate sleeping areas, bathroom and separate toilet. This apartment is suitable for a maximum of 4/5 persons, has a private terrace/garden (approx. 20 m2) overlooking the swimming pool and is located at the back right of the villa.

    Surroundings: Mandelieu is extremely suitable as a base for tourist excursions. From your apartment you have very fast access (a few minutes) to the autoroute A8. Mandelieu is centrally located for visiting other seaside resorts such as Cannes and Nice to the east or St. Raphael / Fréjus and St. Tropez to the west. Also inland locations such as the perfume town of Grasse (free tour of the factories); the Gorges du Verdon ("Grand Canyon" of France); Route Napoleon; stalactite caves or ski areas (winter) such as Isola 2000 and Gréolières de Neige are easily accessible from Mandelieu.

    Layout Apartment A: Living room with 3-2-1 sofa, flat screen color TV, satellite TV receiver with (free to air) French, German, Dutch and English channels, DVD player, stereo system, there is free WIFI available. The living room has a split air conditioning unit with a large cooling or heating capacity of 18,000 btu (approx. 5,000 watts). There are also two movable ventilators. Dining bar with 6 bar stools between living room and kitchen. Fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob; extractor hood; convection oven, combi-microwave/oven/grill; dishwasher; washing machine; fridge with freezer. Separate sleeping area with 2 single beds (90x200) and wardrobe. Separate sleeping area with 1 double bed (160x200) and wardrobe. Sleeping cabin with a bunk bed (2 beds of 90x200) and cupboard space. Bathroom with shower; sink and toilet. Total area apartment approx. 47 m2. Outside: own private terrace/garden of approx. 75 m2 with garden table, garden chairs and a large stone barbecue.

    Layout Apartment B: Living room with 2 two-seater sofas (one sofa is designed as a sofa bed of 140x200cm) and 2 club armchairs, flat screen color TV, satellite TV receiver including (free to air) French, German, Dutch and English-language channels , DVD player, stereo system, free WIFI is available. The living room has a split air conditioning unit with a large cooling or heating capacity of 18,000 btu (approx. 5,000 watts). There are also two movable ventilators. Dining bar with 5 bar stools at the kitchen overlooking the pool. Fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob; extractor hood; convection oven, combi-microwave/oven/grill; dishwasher; washing machine; fridge with freezer. Separate sleeping area with 2 single beds (90x200) and wardrobe. Separate sleeping area with 1 double bed (140x200) and wardrobe. Bathroom with shower; sink and toilet. There is also a separate toilet. Total area apartment approx. 44 m2. Outside: private terrace/garden (approx. 20 m2) overlooking the swimming pool with garden table, garden chairs and a barbecue.

Super vacance location irréprochable

Les propriétaires sont très réactifs d une extrême gentillesse. Rien ne manque dans cette location. Nous avons eu un soucis avec le lave vaisselle résolu dès le lendemain. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation pour un prochain séjour à Mandelieu adulte enfant et ado ont été comblé par les extérieurs qui ne manque de rien. Nous recommandons vivement cette location

Voor een ontspannen vakantie

Op een mooie locatie in het prachtige Mandelieu. Hier heeft u een prima uitvalsbasis voor de cote d'Azur. Alles wat u nodig heeft is aanwezig om u een fijne vakantie te bezorgen. Zeker in de keuken is alles dik voor elkaar, en ook de wasmachine is natuurlijk erg prettig. Het appartement (A) is niet groot, maar wat zou dat als je hier op vakantie gaat. Een heerlijke privétuin met eigen grill staat tot uw beschikking. En wat te denken van het heerlijk ruim bemeten zwembad met fijne stoelen en ligbedden. Ons dochtertje heeft zich geweldig vermaakt met de schommel/ glijbaan en trampoline. Fijn dat het hele terrein goed is afgesloten waardoor je kleine kinderen prima even hun gang kan laten gaan. Ook het zwembalarm en zelfsluitende hekken dragen bij aan een veilig gevoel m.b.t. de kleintjes. Bijkomend voordeel van het afgesloten terrein is een fijne plek waar je je auto kwijt kunt. De eigenaar en zijn familie, die bij de appartementen wonen zijn zeer gastvrij en erg behulpzaam. Erg fijn als je na 17 uur in de auto aankomt en er staat een flesje koude rosé voor je klaar met wat snacks. Alle mogelijke voorzieningen op korte afstand van het appartement, en met 5 autominuten sta je op een van de prachtige zandstranden die Mandelieu rijk is. Wij hebben hier een heerlijke ontspannen vakantie gehad waarbij het ons aan niets heeft ontbroken. Nogmaals bedankt voor de goede zorgen. Hartelijke groet, Fam. Smit

Top Ferienwohnung mit Pool!

Sehr gut eingerichtete FeWo. Es ist alles was man braucht vorhanden. Der Pool und Garten mit Spielgeräten für Kinder ist toll. Der Eigentümer hat an die Sicherhei der Kinder gedacht bezüglich des Pools, welcher ein akustisches Alarmsignal abgibt, sobald jemand reinfällt. Die Eigentümer sind mit Rat und Info allzeit hilfsbereit und äusserst freundlich. Wir waren 2 Familien mit jeweils 3 Kindern. Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt. Alles befindet sich in der Nähe. Einkaufs und Ausgehmöglichkeiten sind zu genüge vorhanden. Viele gut erreichbare Strände in der Nähe. Insgesamt ist die Villa und die Familie Bakker sehr zu empfehlen, besonders für Familien mit Kindern. Wir werden wieder kommen. Nochmals ein herzliches Dankeschön an die Familie Bakker. Viele grüsse aus Essen.

We are a family of 5 from London and couldn't have chosen a more perfect villa. We miss it already.

We spent two weeks here and had a very relaxing holiday. The pool is lovely, the kids loved the trampoline and climbing frame and the villa was very well equipped. The beds were very comfortable and the WIFI is good. Very important when you have tech mad kids. The location is good and we used uber to get us into Mandelieu in the evenings for dinner 7euros each way. The local beach is beautiful. We would definitely return to this villa. Rob and his lovely family were very kind and accommodating. Thank you.

Le logement est très bien équipe, il est situé près des commerces, du port de la Napoule et de la plage. Rob et Julija sont tres accueillants. La literie est très confortable . La piscine, la table de ping-pong, le bbq, le trampoline et les balançoires en font un paradis pour les familles. On a adoré ! On reviendra !

GREAT APARTMENT WITH A WONDERFUL POOL

Great apartment with a wonderful swimming pool in the garden. The host family is very kind and helpful. The sandy beaches of Mandelieu are just a few minutes by car. The playground and the trampoline in the garden make it an excellent choice for families.

Gute Wohnung, gute Vermieter

Sehr freundliche Familie, die Wohnung sauber und komfortabel ausgestattet, die Vermieter kümmerten sich umsichtig und hilfsbereit um unsere Anliegen. Garten und Pool waren gepflegt und sauber, der Pool wurde jeden Morgen gereinigt. Wir fühlten uns willkommen und man spürte, dass es Herrn und Frau Bakkers wichtig ist, dass ihre Mieter sich wohlfühlen können. Ein Manko, für das aber die Vermieter nichts können, sind die Stechmücken in der Gegend, die im Uferbereich der dortigen Gewässer günstige Bedingungen haben. Gerne empfehlen wir die Ferienwohnung weiter.

Goed onderhouden en erg schoon appartement, en centraal gelegen.

Het verblijf in dit appartement was erg leuk: een ontspannen vakantieplek met veel ruimte en rust. De keuken is van alle luxe voorzien, maar met de heerlijke temperaturen daar zet je uiteraard liever de bbq aan. Je hebt er een grote stenen bbq tot je beschikking en 2 terrassen zodat je altijd kunt kiezen of je in of uit de zon wilt zitten. De terrassen zijn gescheiden van het zwembad en tuin van de eigenaar, dus alle privacy. De bedden slapen goed, voldoende kastruimte, priveparkeerruimte, goed werkende wifi. Met 4 personen is het een prima appartement, met 6 is het wat krap, maar je leeft toch het meest buiten. Het zwembad, de tuin en appartement zijn precies zoals op de foto's: ook erg netjes en goed onderhouden allemaal! Het mooie zandstrand is een stuk aangenamer dan de keienstranden elders, het is er maar 10 min met de auto vandaan. Ook erg prettig is dat het appartement 3 minuten van de snelweg ligt, zónder dat je ook maar iets van die snelweg hoort, je hoeft dus geen bergweggetjes in om er te komen. Het appartement ligt erg centraal, je begeeft je precies in het midden van de Côte d'Azur, zodat je dan ook binnen een uur in de leukste plaatsen in de buurt bent: Cannes, Monaco, Nice, Port Grimaud, Éze, St Maxime, Grasse, St Tropez, Mougins, enz. Op 500m is er een hele grote supermarkt en verschillende bakkers. Het is echt een aan te bevelen vakantieplek, heel veel in de buurt te bezoeken; maar waar je ook de rust hebt en altijd alles kunt vragen aan de vriendelijke gastheer en gastvrouw. Ze spreken overigens vloeiend nederlands, frans, engels, lets en russisch. Voor herhaling vatbaar!

Aanrader ! Uitstekend appartement

Heerlijke vakantie gehad in Le Bon Temps ! We troffen een heel schoon appartement aan met alle faciliteiten zoals vermeld op de website. Het appartement is praktisch ingericht en zeer comfortabel, ook heerlijk geslapen (goede kwaliteit matrassen). Veel gewandeld langs de kust en in het prachtige Estérel gebergte. Genoten van verschillende musea (Picasso, Matisse, Modern Art en Chagall. Rustig en zonnig weer gehad met een dagtemperatuur van rond de 18 graden, zeer aangenaam voor november ! Leuke restaurants in de omgeving. Vriendelijke verhuurder die ons ook goed heeft geholpen toen we een huisarts nodig hadden. We komen hier zeker terug om opnieuw te genieten !

Tolle Wohnung, nette Vermieter

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet und hervorragend ausgestattet. Pool und Trampolin im Garten sind klasse. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit. Der Strand ist nicht zu weit entfernt und besonders La Napoule bietet gute Möglichkeiten zum Essen- und Ausgehen.

Kindvriendelijk, compleet en fijn zwembad

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in het appartement van Rob en Julija. We (2 volw. + 2 jonge kinderen) hadden een heerlijk groot zwembad tot onze beschikking, een grote trampoline en speeltuintje voor de kinderen. Het appartement was meer dan compleet met wasmachine, vaatwasser, tv met dvd en Nederlandse zenders en veel buitenruimte. Rob was zeer gastvrij en onze kinderen hebben heerlijk gespeeld. (enige minpuntjes waren de muggen, de afwezigheid van een airco - het was erg heet die week - en het geluid vanaf de doorgaande weg, maar dat mocht de pret niet drukken)

Een heerlijke week gehad in een prachtig appartement met een heerlijk zwembad. Een prima ontvangst en alles goed geregeld, aanrader voor iedereen. De eigenaar heeft echt overal aan gedacht. Volgend jaar staat het weer op ons vakantielijstje.

Zaaalig verblijf en vooral zwembad

We zijn net terug van een week verblijf in le Bontemps, in oktober, met 4 kids - en hebben genoten!!! Het appartement is niet overdreven groot met zoveel mensen, maar toen na 2 dagen de zon flink doorbrak was dat geen enkel probleem en hebben de kids enorm genoten van het zwembad & grote trampoline in de tuin! Het zwembad wordt goed onderhouden (sorry voor intensieve gebruik Rob!) en wordt prettig schoongehouden met een beetje zout en minimaal chloor. Heerlijk. Appartement heeft alles om comfortabel te verblijven, fijne strandjes dichtbij, vriendelijke ontvangst. Zeker een aanrader.

Fantastisch vakantieadres!

Wij hadden een heerlijke vakantie in het appartement le Bon Temps. Het appartement is modern, licht en sfeervol ingericht. Bij ontvangst door de verhuurder troffen wij een prima en zeer schoon appartement aan en werden wij op vriendelijke en correcte wijze rondgeleid en geïnformeerd over de gebruiksmogelijkheden van de inventaris en keukenapparatuur (o.m. moderne halogeen kookplaat, oven en magnetron). De gezellige woonkamer grenst aan de half- open keuken,gescheiden door een eetbar. De woonkamer is voorziening van een comfortabel bankstel en prima functionerende satelliet- TV. De aanwezigheid van WIFI in het appartement is erg prettig. De 2 aparte slaapkamers (één met 2-persoons bed, één met 2 1-persoonsbedden zijn voorzien van goede bedden en voldoende (schone) kasten om kleding op te bergen. De slaapkamers bieden voldoende ruimte en comfort. Een stapelbed dat zich bevindt aan een aan de woonkamer grenzende unit is voorzien van goede bedden. Door de dikke muren en aanwezigheid van luiken voor de ramen blijft de warmte goeddeels buitenshuis. Naast het appartement bevindt zich een terras om lekker te ontbijten e.d. en voor in de tuin een terras waar tevens de aanwezige BBQ geplaatst kan worden. In de tuin bevindt zich ook een heerlijk schoon zwembad dat alleen door de verhuurder en bewoners van het appartement gebruikt wordt (nagenoeg een privé zwembad dus). De ligbedden die ter beschikking staan kunnen op het gazon naar wens op een schaduwrijk of zonnig plekje geplaatst worden. De auto kan veilig op het (afgesloten) erf geparkeerd worden. De woning bevindt zich in een villawijk. De in de nabijheid gelegen supermarkt is zeer groot en biedt ruimschoots alle dagelijkse boodschappen. In de plaats bevindt zich o.m. een vrij toegankelijk zandstrand aan ( ca. 5 minuten rijden). De plaats grenst aan Cannes, een stad van allure die naast luxe ook veel restaurants en strandpaviljoens biedt waar tegen een schappelijke prijs een hapje en een drankje genoten kan worden ( bovendien gratis parkeren aan de boulevards). Cannes biedt veel evenementen (groots vuurwerk, muziek, e.d.). Andere steden die de moeite waard zijn om te bezoeken zijn o.m. Antibes (Picasso museum) en de vele hooggelegen dorpen zoals Eze en Gagnes-sur-Mer. In het appartement ligt voldoende documentatie om je te oriënteren. Kortom een prachtige vakantiestek met veel bezienswaardigheden en stranden in de omgeving.

Een vakantie / woning zoals het moet zijn !

We hebben 14 dagen in 'Le Bon-temps' verbleven en hebben er enorm van genoten. Een propere woning, voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. Een ruim zwembad om wat af te koelen. Een goed onderhouden tuin met een schaduwplekje om wat te relaxen, voor een aperitiefje of een BBQ'tje. Op wandelafstand van de bakker, de supermarkt en het strand (iets langere wandeling, maar best te doen). In de buurt van vele mooie bezienswaardigheden. De eigenaars zijn heel vriendelijk en beantwoorden elke vraag met een glimlach. Kortweg, wij beleefden één van onze topvakanties. Tom, Eveline, Bo en Kobe

Heerlijke vakantie gehad in le bon temps

Wij hebben met ons gezin 2 weken doorgebracht in dit fantastische appartement; de gastvrijheid van de familie Bakker is super. Het appartement is werkelijk van alle gemakken voorzien met een prachtige tuin en zwembad. Bovendien kun je hier zowel genieten van de rust als ook van het nabij gelegen strand/zee, plaatsen zoals Cannes en Nice en een prachtig achterland. Dit is echt een aanrader. Ook is het handig om op slechts 500 m een mooie supermarkt te hebben.

Maison de vacances parfait

Ceci est une maison de vacances parfait. La maison se situe dans un environnement calme et en même temps près de l’autoroute pour faire des excursions vers les environs de l’arrière pays ou la côte. La belle côte avec ces plages de sable se trouve à 5 min. en voiture en toute autre commerces pour faire des cours sont très proches (Géant intermarché à 2 km). L’appartement se trouve au rez de chaussée de la maison, et un parking privé est prévu sur la propriété. Dans l’appartement très net vraiment tout confort est prévu et on ne peut pas imaginer ce qui pourrait manquer. Tout correspond exactement avec ce qui se trouve sur le website. La grande piscine est très agréable et si la chaleur est trop il y a toujours la possibilité de se reposer dans un endroit ombreux dans le joli jardin. Les propriétaires charmants sont très serviable et respectent le « privacy » des locataires. Nous y avons passé une semaine de vacance très agréable et relaxant. Merci beaucoup !

Wonderful holidays!

We came to Mandelieu during a West Coast Swing festival. 6 adults, 2 couples. This location was like a dream for our little group of swing dancer. Everything was perfect, from the little garden where we could enjoy a nice BBQ diner, to the pool, where we could relax after a lot of dancing! We hope the place is free next year!

Wunderschöner Urlaub in Frankreich

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und entspannten Urlaub.Die Kinder waren kaum aus dem Pool rauszubekommen. Das Wetter war genauso schön wie die Ferienwohnung. Einfach Perfekt. Die Ausstattung in der Ferienwohnung ist gut. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Umgebung ist schön und Einkaufs Möglichkeiten sind auch da.

Just like the Garden of Eden

If you want a nice place with a nice and polite hostess, this is the place to stay. We had 12 wonderful days in the "garden of Eden". The house is nice and clean and lookes exactly like the photos on the website. The apartment is in the basement of the house where the owner lives in the 1..th floor. All the rooms are practical and modern, and you will have all the equipment that is needed. The pool is a wonderful place to stay during the long and sunny days. The apartment is situated close to the romantic center of Madelieu, and to the giantic grocery store Geant. There is just a short trip down to the beach. We will probably be back next year.
