Comfortable stay

The property is clean and nicely decorated. Bathroom is renovated, and the kitchen well supplied. The balcony is a nice plus — does not get the sun but if you are comfortable in the shade it’s very pleasant. Location is a 10-min walk to the mid-Croisette area, and close to groceries, massage, hairdresser etc. It’s a longer walk to the Palais — 25 mins to walk and get inside to my event. Communication was good — check in was easy and they were very responsive when I had an issue with the electricity. It went out for a few hours during my stay and took a while to fix since the super was on a lunch break, but it did get fixed and was not an issue thereafter.Only one negative. About a week after I left I received photos from the management company accusing me of damage to the wall/stair area. They asked me to settle amicably, which I was of course willing to do, but I noted that I had no idea how it had happened — I didn’t carry anything up or down stairs to the sleeping mezzanine except myself, a book, and a glass of water. They got quite accusatory at that point which was very distressing — I’ve rented lots of properties over the years and always leave things clean and tidy. If anything has been damaged — a glass broken for example — I’ve always reported it and covered any cost. So to be accused of lying and not being willing to pay was just awful. I replied saying of course I was willing to settle to mutual satisfaction but heard nothing back. An upsetting end I’m afraid.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'appartement est lumineux, vue sur le parc joliment arboré et fleuri. Idéalement situé à 2 pas du centre-ville (donc au calme) et de la mer. Un supermarché et une boulangerie vraiment tout près. Relation simple et efficace avec la property manager. En bref, une adresse à retenir

Appartamento perfettamente corrispondente alla descrizione.Molto pulito, fornito di ogni comfort, cucina con grande dotazione di utensili e pentole.Arredamento curato. Posizione comoda per raggiungere il centro di Cannes tranquillamente a piedi.Parcheggio gratis presente nella struttura (non so se in alta stagione sia facile parcheggiare).

Petit appartement agréable, malgré ses particularités. Très bien situé à pied des commerces de la rue d’Antibes et de la Croisette. L’appartement se situe dans un bel édifice bien entretenu.
