Located on the 2nd floor of an elegant bourgeois building at 19 Bd de la République, our 185m² apartment `Belétage` offers an exceptional blend of historic charm and modern luxury.
With 7 spacious rooms, including 4 beautifully appointed bedrooms and soaring high ceilings, this fully renovated apartment is just a 10-minute walk from the Palais des Festivals and 8 minutes from the beach.

Thoughtfully decorated and meticulously restored, the apartment preserves the refined details of its era, while offering the modern comfort of a luxury hotel. It is fully air-conditioned and includes underground parking in a secure garage just across the street.

**!! CHECK-IN INFORMATION!!**
All guests must provide a valid ID at the time of reservation, without which the reservation can be canceled.
One week before arrival, you`ll receive an email from our system called `check-in`. Please submit the IDs there. Also, please note there is 1000 eur deposit, that has to be provided through the “check-in” app. The system will release your entry codes only after the IDs have been uploaded and the deposit paid. If the check-in is not finalized and the deposit is not paid, we reserve the right to cancel your booking without a refund.

EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT
The apartment is quite large, and if we have a same-day check-out, the cleaning process usually takes several hours to ensure everything is perfectly prepared for your arrival.
If the apartment isn’t ready yet when you arrive, we’ll do our best to accommodate your luggage, so you can start enjoying your day. Our cleaning team will let you know as soon as the apartment is ready for check-in.
Please keep us informed of your estimated arrival time, and we’ll do our best to assist.
Late check-out can be available if there is no other same-day arrival. Please inform us of your desired check-out time. We can inform you about the possibility of late check-out, one day before your departure.

**!!CHECK-OUT INFORMATION!!**
Please turn off the air conditioning in all rooms, close the windows and lock the main door at your departure.
Please take out the trash, too, as it attracts insects and can leave a lot of smell in the apartment! Thank you.

FORGOTTEN OBJECTS
Any objects that are forgotten in the apartment by the guests will be stored by our personnel at our premises. You can let us know if you want to come back for them or we should dispose of them. If you wish these to be shipped to your address, there is a 50 EUR shipping fee, plus any other mailing costs. If the amount will be paid via Resolution Center, it will incur additional 15% (Airbnb fee)

Welcome basket available for you at your arrival.
All bed linen are provided for each bed as well as 1 large and 1 small bath towel per person. **Additional linen and towels are available for a fee upon request.**
Ask us what you would like, especially if you need a driver, a bit of housekeeping, a luggage drop-off, a parking reservation, or maybe a baby crib or a high chair for the little ones traveling with you. We`ll do our best to assist you during your stay.

MAIN HOUSE RULES:
1) Please respect quiet hours from 22:00 to 8:00
2) Parties are not allowed (at any time of the day).
3) Smoking is not permitted inside the property, only on the balcony
4) The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. Please do not invite people into the apartment that are not registered for your stay. For the additional guests not included in the reservation, but found in the apartment, there is a 65 eur fee/ night.
5) No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property
6) Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy. In case of any damage or issue, please contact us immediately so we can take care of it right away.
7) Pets are not allowed at any time on the property
8) The stays longer than 7 days will be charged an additional cleaning cost.

A 200eur penalty will be charge for breaking each one of the house rules listed above.

TOWELS and SHEETS during your stay:
One set of towels and sheets will be provided at your arrival and is included in the reservation price. Additional towel or sheets changes during your stay cost: sheets 30 eur/ room and towels 10 eur/ person. This is subject to availability, please check with us in advance of your stay.

Guests are not allowed to take the bathroom towels outside of the apartment, nor use them for the beach/ grass. If the towels are found dirty of sand or grass, an additional cleaning fee of 50 eur will be charged. If the dirt can`t be removed, the full replacement cost of the towels will be charged: 30 eur for a big towel and 15 eur for a small towel.

Guests are strongly advised to purchase travel insurance, to be compensated in case of flight delays/ cancellations. We can`t accommodate refunds or changes in reservations.

Unauthorized late checkouts will be charged the equivalent of one extra night stay.
