Direct sea view, with easy access to a public sandy beach in front of the residence, by under passage from the garden
2 bedroom apartment + living room, direct sea view, air conditioning, communal pool and garden, recently renovated with stylish features, secured garage and parking inside the residence, direct access to the beach within 1-2 minutes walk from the front door of the garden. Super fast WIFI internet (fibre Orange), French TV channels + Apple TV, fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, cutlery, pots, glasses, dishes, etc. Power shower. Veranda of the living room can be completely opened for a full sea view. It can accommodate comfortably max 5 people. While the beds/sofa options are possibly for more people, MAX 5 guests at each single time are possible given the size of the apartment. Total approximate size: 50 square meters.
Parking details: - Private allocated garage (recommended) – suitable for medium SUVs – very large cars may need alternative parking (see other options below) - Free guests parking in the visitors marked bay only within the residence (first come, first served) - Free parking outside the residence in front of Cannes La Bocca train station (first come, first served)
Sleeping/beds details (max 5 people): - Bedroom 1 (max 2 people): one double bed - Bedroom 2 (max 3 people): one bunk bed (two single beds) plus one chair convertible in single bed OR one baby bed (on request) - Exceptional additional bed: Lounge double sofa bed in front of the TV for exceptional use only. - Please do not use the click clack bed on the terrace, as it is placed as additional sitting option only.
A bottle of rose’ from the region and a bottle of water will expect you at your arrival.
Bed linens and bathroom towels are included in the pricing. Please kindly message in advance confirming the number of people and type of beds required in the apartment (each person will be allocated a set of 2 bathroom towels each and the choice of beds options must be confirmed please). Soap, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, washing machine powder all available (for moderate use please).
Check in: from 15:00 – 20:00 (or as agreed with the concierge - please call her 24 hours in advance). Out of normal hours checking available and to be agreed Check Out: by 9:30 am (or as agreed with the concierge) Conciergerie service (including the linens, cleaning fees, check-in/out service) at the cost of EUR 90 per stay (independent of the number of days). Please note that out of hours check-in will be at no cost only if the key collection is done via the secured box (to be agreed with the Concierge). Any intervention in person in out of hours timing will incur in an extra check in cost to be charged (Approx EUR 50 or as otherwise agreed with the Concierge).

For check-in and special requests the guests must contact the Concierge by phone and make an appointment for key collection (French speaking) - Please always contact her at least 24 hours before arrival to make the necessary arrangements.
House Rules: No smoking in the apartment, not suitable for pets. No parties or events. Preferable not to wear shoes in the apartment. Security deposit (against potential damages): € 1,000 (can be paid via the Homeaway platform or via the Concierge). Returned after the end of your stay if no damages (historically this has never happened).
Availability: Summer minimum stay of 7 nights (Saturday to Saturday), but flexible in case of need (please get in touch with specific requests) Flexible number of days depending on the time of year (e.g. the Cannes Film Festival, MIMIP, etc.). Available for weekends and long weekends.
Access - Guests can use the communal pool, garden and games (ping-pong, bowling, etc.). direct access to the public beach a 2 minutes walk from the exit of the garden (via the street under-passage). The concierge will guide you and will help you with the use of all the amenities.
Useful instruction or tip - Cannes Les Plages is located on the Avenue du Docteur Picaud at number 101, next to the residence Alga Marina. Guests arriving by car are welcome to come by the Avenue du Docteur Picard and could find temporary parking outside the residence by turning in the direction of the station of Cannes La Bocca. A Guest parking is available in the residence and a garage is available for tenants. Guests arriving by public transport can reach the residence by bus or train (which serves the entire Côte d'Azur) to Cannes La Bocca train stop.
