We enjoyed our stay at hotel Elsa. Not the place to be if you need to have it totally quiet when you sleep. We specially enjoyed the location, close to the beach, restaurants and the train station.

Amazing hotel, with excellent location in the heart of juan les pins. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room we booked was great. It was very spacious and perfect for a family. Kitchen was fully equipped as well so it was easy to prepare quick meals. We loved the stay and thank you once again to the ladies for their help. Will definitely book there again.

I stayed for 3 nights. Room was very small but well equipped. Staff was very friendly and helpful. A lot of dining options right in front of the door. Yet, room was very quiet. Will stay there again if I travel to Antibes again.

Perfect hotel in Juan-Les-Pins

We loved the Hotel La Villa d’Elsa. Our suite with a loft was fabulous. We had two small balconies overlooking the busy pedestrian street…but once the doors were closed the noise of people was barely audible. The room was fully equipped with a small kitchen and the pull out bed for our son was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful.

Wonderful stay!

We had a great time in Juan Les Puns which is the area in Antibes where the hotel is located. The room was smaller than what I thought. With a family of 4 it was a little snug. Murphy bed was in the kitchenette area. Receptionist was very kind and helped us with a jet ski rental as well as airport transportation options. Hotel located in lively street with lots of restaurants. Short walk to beach and Juan Les Pins SNCF train station which takes you up and down entire Côte d’Azur area.

Nice enough, central

Booked a standard room with balcony. It was pleasant enough but very small and balcony was eoasting and unusable due to aircon units situated close by. Staff were accommodating and nice enougand moved us to another room when they could. Very central but beware, you will need earplugs as there is a loud bar near by that plays music until about 3am.

Great location by the beach, train station, shops, and restaurants. It was very spacious and nice to have a kitchen. It’s on a street with several restaurants and only a couple blocks from the beach.

The hotel is located in a street with a lot of restaurants and bars, if you like the party this is the correct place, if you like quietness this is not your hotel. It has good windows but even then you could hear the people outside. There is a restaurant at the bottom and I think this is the reason why my room was smelling like oil must of the time. Employees are friendly.

Just wonderful for a family of 5. Bakeries, grocery store, cafes all walking distance (under 5 minutes). We made the mistake of renting a car…just do the train from Nice! But 6 Euros a day for parking is fine. We’ll come again! At tad noisy at night.

The checking after hours a little confusing but once you figure out the process is real easy i will recommend this hotel the location was amazing so close to everything the average cost to train station $15 very walkable and dinning close and multiple day trips close to monaco or Cannes.
