Nice with the essentials

The stay was good because it was affordable during a busy season. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful upon arrival and when we called in advance to check vacancy.

Ok, very good breakfast

Good Ibis hotel, according to the standard of other Ibis. In particilar, the breakfast was very good, with a good choiche of fresh & dried fruits and nuts.

Good overall, but could not find my reservation

The hotel could not find my hotels.com reservation and i needed 10 or 15 minutes to convince them to let me check in. The lady at the reception was friendly and at the end all was fine. Just the confusion as i entered the hotel and they did not find my reservation in their system made it a bit difficult.

The recpetionist was very rude. I have reserved the room online and he was mad because he promised it to someone else who was a walk-in and it was the last room in the hotel. He started shouting at me and was very rude he didn't help in the parking which there was free parking but he didn't lead me to it intentionally. The next day I also found a parking ticket because apparently the free parking is upstairs. I don't know how he even works at a hotel with that manner.

A very mixed experience. One extremely helpful young man was on reception several nights during my stay, he was excellent and really went so far to help me. Other staff were polite but mostly indicated that they didn’t speak any English. There was a problem with the supplier of linens to the hotel on the day I arrived and I had no pillowcases. My pillows were wrapped in sheets. Surprisingly and very disappointedly they stayed like that for three nights despite my bringing it to the hotel’s attention and being told that the pillow cases had arrived the day after I checked in. I had also placed my towels on the floor of the shower one day, only to find that these same soaking wet towels were left hanging for me to reuse. Like seriously who does that? On leaving this morning I noticed that the paper cups to be placed in the room for the next guest were sitting face down in a dustpan. Who trained these people about hygiene. This one thing should cause the hotel to shut down. The only reason I did not give the hotel a zero rating is because of that one extremely helpful young man on night duty.

Chambre impeccable ,la femme de menage est passee pour faire le menage au bout de 3 jours .Studio tres confortable. Hote tres à l'ecoute . J ai été ravie de mon sejour même si j étais tres fatiguée car j'y allais pour le travail. J'y retournerais avec plaisir un peu plus longtemps.

Personnel souriant et très accueillant. Mais la chambre moyen avec une cabine de douche type"camping" avec les joints qui ont jauni, le verrin de la porte rouillé et pas de prise a côté du lit pour brancher son tel. Ça ne vaut pas le prix que j ai payé.
