Unit Layout
The 3-room apartment is 50 square meters and situated on the upper ground floor. It features a comfortable and beautifully furnished living/dining room with a TV (flat screen) and an exit to the terrace. Additionally, there is one room with a French bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm) that also has an exit to the terrace, and another room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm, length 190 cm). The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, and a combination microwave.

The apartment comes with air-conditioning, forced-air heating, Internet (WiFi, free), and a reserved parking spot at the house.
