- Bathroom with shower and toilet
- Fully equipped kitchen
Ideal location on the Croisette and just in front of the Palais des Festivals.
Stores, restaurants, casino and beaches in the immediate vicinity!
Congress rentals: please note that the rules of this building formally forbid any form of advertising in the building: stickers on the intercoms or doors, banners on the terraces and large work meetings.
Linen (sheets and towels) and cleaning before/after included in the rental price.
Additional services on request:
Cleaning service at the price of 25 Euros / hour
Complete linen change (sheets and towels) at the price of 35 Euros / person
