Family vacation with a 5 y.o.child. Really nice and safe area, far from traffic and strangers. Good but deep pool, our son swims, so he did not mind that. Lots of animals around- dogs, cats, ducks, fish, etc. Nice rooms full of good cooking equipment. 10-15 mins to the beach. Stuff is helpful.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice restaurant on the property. Good food and great service. Accommodations were clean and provided everything we needed. Lots of space for families with a nice little kitchen area and patio area overlooking the river. If you enjoy cocktails, try the Crusoé; unique, spicy and delicious. Overall good experience.

I liked the location of the property, the really friendly staff and the fact that it had parking. However, the apartment was way too small to fit 5 people ( we were a family of 2 adults and 3 kids). We left a day earlier than planned as it was so uncomfortable.

Great Service, But Not Family-Friendly

The only really good thing about this place was the service from the reception staff — they were excellent. It seems like this place is aimed at families with children, but we felt more like we were in a prison when we were by the pool area, and we've traveled a lot with kids over the past 14 years. No pool toys allowed, no swim goggles, no swimming underwater, no sandals (you burn your feet), and you're not allowed to bring drinks except for water. It's a bit of a letdown when you're on vacation. On Sundays and Mondays, the nearest restaurant is closed, and it's a 15-minute walk to the closest grocery store. So if you're a family traveling with kids, I wouldn't recommend this place. It's more suitable for single older couples.

The residence is in a very pleasant position along the river Siagne and at a short distance from the beach. Even in winter, when we stayed there, it was very pleasant. The lady at the reception was very kind and helpful. What we didn't like was the sofa bed, we found it very uncorfortable to sleep on and the pillows, too big and too high (we both got back pain for that). Apart from this everything was good and would recommend it.

- Wrong room - Only 1 bed Cover and 1 towel for 2 Persons - different defects in the room (shower head sliding down etc.) - bunk Bad really short - in the room with the bunk bed is the Main door which is made of glass with a movement controlled Light in Front of it. In the night every 20min. the Light goes on every time a Person goes by. - would be ok quality for a low Budget hotel but not for these Medium prices.

very small apartment facing the gable wall of apartment block next, no view, tiny though was supposed to sleep up to 6. No facilities on site (shops etc) no restaurant or bars open in town when we arrived (11:00am) No entertainment.

We stayed at a 6 people appartement. The pool is the only great feature I would say. The toilet smelled like pee and the floor had not been deep cleaned in a while. The whole place smelled like the sewer if we kept the bathroom door opened. We had to make our own beds on arrival and take them out when leaving. Finally, enjoying the outside table was almost impossible since the place was infested with mosquitoes. They really should update the furniture and the place in general as the location is great to visit the area but I would not recommend it to anyone. It's a pity...

Worst hotel booked through hotels.com 1. On check-in told we were to clean the kitchen, strip the beds and bring any rubbish and dirtly linen down to the ground floor. 2. Entered the room and discovered that we were also expected to make up the beds. None had been made. 3. Bunk bed was too short for an adult to sleep on. Room was booked for 3 adults. 4. Sofa bed was bent badly meaning it was incredibly uncomfortable. 5. No soap or shampoo provided. 6. Two day stay for a family, only single toilet role provided. Ambitious. Most surprising was the girl was surprised when I said I hadnt enjoyed my stay.

Und ich habe gesehen das Sie was machen, die Appartmenst wurden Renoviert! Aber im ganzen war es sehr gut! Es könnte vielleicht was gegen Mücken gemacht werden, die können einen erheblich stören und stechen! Wir alle hatten Mückenstiche! Bei dem kleinen war es bisschen unangenehm! Aber die Gegend und die Anlage zum Spazieren sind toll und am Fluss gelegen macht es noch besser! Abends spazieren gehen ist schön! A limpeza deixou a desejar e o banheiro tinha um retorno de odor de urina horrível. Lavei muitas vezes o banheiro e não saiu o mal cheiro. O sofá-cama era muito desconfortável. O ar-condicionado não foi tão bom quanto o outro. O restaurante era limitado e a região da piscina as pessoas marcavam as cadeiras com pertences por longos períodos. A piscina era limpa. O estacionamento era bom e a localização boa só pra quem está de carro. Estou acostumada a ficar no Pierre & Vacances mas esse não tem nem de longe o nível dos que fiquei.

Das Zimmer Richtung Fluss war sehr schön. Preis Leistung war in Ordnung. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Mandelieu ist ein schöner Ort.
