- And…so that parents can easily bath babies or small children in the tub, a clever collapsible and removable safety board for easier access is at your disposal.

THE APARTMENT

The apartment features the following floor plan:

- A spacious living room opening directly onto the garden, with the following: a sofa bed, a smart TV, a modular dining table for up to 6 people and a large, fully equipped open-floor kitchen (with a Brita, a Sodastream and a Nespresso coffee machine).

- The unique garden with its prime sea view, but also featuring great deckchairs for reading, napping, sunbathing, relaxing, or doing everything else ending with “ing.”

- A first bedroom, also opening onto the garden, with a queen size bed and a closet/dressing.

- A bathroom adjoining this first bedroom.

- A second bedroom with two single beds (90 cm x 200 cm).

- An additional shower room with toilets as well.

GETTING TO THE PROPERTY

Access to the property is within 9 minutes by car from the Cannes train station, 19 minutes by bus or 37 minutes on foot.
It is 30 minutes by car from the Nice Côte d’Azur airport.

You have your own car? Private underground parking in the building is included in your rental.

Located in the heart of Pointe Croisette district of Cannes, the neighborhood will offer you a “holiday” atmosphere just like everyone loves…

Within a 5-minute walk you will reach all shopping options for your daily needs: supermarkets, butcher shop, fishmonger, bakery, hairdresser…

Want to go to the center of Cannes and its points of interest? Follow the famous Croisette seafront boulevard and reach the Palais des Festivals within a 20-minute walk, between the sea and luxury boutiques, or take public transportation, thanks to the bus stops located a few steps from the apartment.

The Palais des Festivals is a 10-minute drive away.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Free street parking is available in the same street as the apartment building, as well as a private underground parking within the property.

Late arrivals are available until 10 PM upon request and for an additional fee.

After these hours, check-ins are only possible via key boxes.

All key boxes are located on the facade of our premises at 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys should be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
