Exceptional experience

Visiting the Huber family’s beautiful House in Speracedes - quiet and good distanced from the Cote D’Azur coast Line; was a true Pleasure. House itself is great - and the beautiful sorroindings made it perfect. Classical French - from end to end. We where in total 6 adults/teenagers staying there - and the facilities met all expectations. Very good, supporting and friendly communications with the owner, Jürgen and the neighbour Danilel, who welcomed us upon arrival. We can highly recommend this place and this area - and give our sincere thanks to J¨rgen Huber and Co for hosting us during our vacation in Cote d' Azur this summer. We believe it not the last time we have visited this place Thx Morten

We had an amazing stay in Jurgen's fabulous villa. It was everything we hoped it would be - and more.It is perfectly located in the hills of Speracedes, about 30 minutes north west of Cannes, which makes getting to Cannes, Nice, Antibes and Monaco really easy.We discussed some wonderful local restaurants and found the village of Cabris 3 km up from the villa to be a great source of restaurants and walks, as well as being an idyllic southern French town.The villa itself is well-kept, with enough sleeping space for us 5 adults across 5 double-beds. The kitchen was more than adequate for our needs, along with laundry facilities and more than welcome portable A/C units.The views from the villa are absolutely stunning, with the Mediterranean just about visible!We will absolutely stay here again and certainly recommend the villa to others.

Wirklich wunderschöne Lage und Panoramablick!

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr entspannend und wunderbar! Da wir Mitte Mai vor Ort waren, hatten wir mit mit dem Eigentümer vereinbart, dass der Pool beheizt wird. Was perfekt war und wir dadurch jeden Tag im Pool waren. Familie Huber war immer via WhatsApp erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit, was ich wirklich klasse fand! Wir sind etwas spät angekommen und man hat uns im Kühlschrank Welcome Getränke bereitgestellt inkl. dem hauseigenen Orangen Wein, der wirklich köstlich war! Das Frösche Konzert wurde um 23 Uhr schwächer, aber im Großen und Ganzen fanden wir es generell auch nicht störend...im Gegenteil. Wir haben uns soo wohl gefühlt, tatsächlich hatten wir mehr Ausflüge geplant, aber am Ende sind wir lieber auf der Terrasse oder im Pool geblieben. Zwei große Supermärkte sind mit dem Auto max in 10 Minuten zu erreichen und die Patisserie Cabris haben wir jeden morgen aufgesucht;) Vielen Dank an die Familie Huber für einen sehr entspannenden Urlaub :)

Fantastische privé villa in een mooie omgeving

We hebben enorm genoten van het verblijf in deze privé villa! Er is veel ruimte en ook met 2 gezinnen hadden we voldoende privacy. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig en de tuin en het zwembad worden goed onderhouden. Het contact met de eigenaar was zeer prettig, hij reageert vrijwel direct. De villa ligt in een prachtige omgeving waar voldoende te beleven is, ook voor kinderen. Het enige minpuntje is dat er mobiele airco units zijn, en geen vaste airco. Wij raden een verblijf zeker aan.

Toller Pool und riesiger Garten

Wir haben uns wohl gefüllt. Das Haus bietet viel Platz und die Ausstattung ist umfangreich. Besonders toll ist der Pool und der große Garten, dieser ist uneinsehbar und ruhig gelegen und ist deshalb zum Chillen perfekt.

Schönes Haus mit Pool, großem Garten in ruhiger Lage

Sehr schön geschnittenes Objekt, mit großzügigem Garten, vielen Bäumen und Pflanzen, gepflegtem Pool und herrlichem Ausblick. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man durch den Tag so braucht; Gasherd und Spülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine Topp. Der Rest der Anlage ist ebenfalls sehr gut ausgestattet. Leider ist im Hochsommer die Teichanlage Magnet für Stechmücken, die einen tagsüber etwas plagen. Die Nassbereiche sind gut ausgestattet und sind durchdacht angelegt, doch könnten sie etwas Auffrischung vertragen. Alles in Summe ein gelungener Urlaub in einem sehr schönen Objekt mit einem sehr hilfsbereiten Nachbarn und unterstützenden Besitzer. Sehr zu empfehlen, hier kann man einen schönen Urlaub verbringen.

Einfach perfekt

Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus und sehr angenehme und zuvorkommende Vermieter - damit ist unser Aufenthalt perfekt zusammengefasst. Uns war ein schöner Pool und eine komfortable Unterkunft wichtig. Das haben wir bekommen - und mehr. In die wunderschöne Stadt Grasse ist es ein Katzensprung. Und je nachdem, welchen Strand man bevorzugt, fährt man zwischen 25 und 45 min. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Haus in herrlicher Umgebung

Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war super. Es wurde immer hilfreich geantwortet. Das Haus an sich lag über Grasse und war gut zu erreichen. Die Straßen sind allerdings nicht breit. Der Pool war groß und sauber, der Garten gepflegt. Die Außenanlage traumhaft. Innen ist das Haus allerdings schon in die Jahre gekommen. Die Schränke der Küche gehen sehr schwer auf. Die Kühlschränke hatten der eine kein Licht, der andere kühlte schlecht. Die Klimanlage sind Standgeräte, die bei offenem Fenster bedient werden müssen und bei Hitze nur leichte Abkühlung verschaffen. Das Haus war sauber und an sich war alles da und okay. Aber das Preis Leistung Verhältnis stimmt hier nicht.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, das Haus war einfach gemütlich, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Blick und Garten sind traumhaft. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten zum Verweilen, das Internet funktioniert ausgezeichnet und es gibt selbst ein Büro, falls man ein bisschen arbeiten muss. Die Gastgeber, Jürgen Huber und Familie sind sehr herzlich, antworten sofort und es hat einfach alles reibungslos geklappt. Man fühlt sich sehr willkommen. Auch der Nachbar hat uns herzlichst empfangen und uns alles gezeigt. Es gibt vor Ort ca. 10 min zu Fuss einen kleinen Laden und auch ein Cafe mit Mittagstisch auf dem Platz - das hat uns gut gefallen und im nächsten Ort 5 min mit dem Auto weitere Restaurants, super Bäcker und Metzger. Und dann in die andere Richtung auch ca. 5 min mit dem Auto die üblichen grossen Supermarktketten. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder !

La vue et le jardin sont magnifiques. La villa est très bien équipée. L'accueil est très agréable. On se sent comme à la maison. Les communications avec les propriétaires sont cordiales. Les enfants ont apprécié l'espace et le bassin des poissons. les grands ont apprécié le calme !

Einfach traumhaft!

Wir haben eine traumhafte Woche in der Villa L‘Aigo claro und auf dem dazugehörenden Grundstück verbracht. Morgens ging der erste Blick auf die Hügel der Provence bis zum Mittelmeer, selbst Mitte Oktober konnten wir auf der sonnigen Terrasse frühstücken. Die Küche hält alles bereit, was man braucht; das Wohnzimmer ist sehr gemütlich und mit persönlicher Note eingerichtet. Auch das große Grundstück mit Palmen, Orangenbäumen, Lorbeer, Oliven- und Khakibaum sind einfach herrlich. Die Kinder waren kaum aus dem Pool (über eine Wärmepumpe beheizt) herauszubekommen. Der Intermarché und andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in 5-10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Der Kontakt zum Inhaber war überaus herzlich. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus ohne Einschränkungen empfehlen!

Vacances au calme au bord de la piscine

La localité est adorable: nous avons apprécié la possibilité de faire des courses à pied, dans le village ainsi que le choix de bons restaurants à Cabris, à 3 km de Spéracèdes. La maison est d’un style plotôt décontracté, avec plusieurs couchages, deux salles de bains, une vue à couper le souffle depuis la terasse et la meilleure piscine qu’on a jamais eu à faire dans une maison de vacances, avec un bel arbre pour un peu d’ombre naturelle. Ce qui manque parfois, c’est la climatisation, surtout dans les chambres en bas, qui pendant les nuits les plus chaudes deviennent difficiles à habiter. Le propriétaire est très gentil et communicatif. Une excellente expérience en général!

Good time in this house with big terrace and Pool

- huge property, enough space for our 7 person group. Balcony was big enough to eat and below you have an additional terrace with even more space. - warm and nice welcome by the neighbor who explained basics and showed the property and house. - pool has a very good size to both swim a bit but also relax on an air mattress. - Nice as a tree but also a disadvantage for the pool is the huge (magnolia?!) tree. It gives good shadow but makes the pool dirty quite fast when you are at the pool the whole day and have it uncovered. - on the other hand pool guy comes on a weekly basis and cleaned it also in a way the sole landing net can’t (good work!) - there is enough parking space (we arrived with 2 cars, a third one would t have been a problem). - good communicating and preparation by family Huber in advance. - some books and magazines in the living room, kitchen with everything we needed. - we’d come again to this house, thanks!

Villa mit Charme

Wir haben unsere Ferien im Juli 2020 in Spéracèdes verbracht und sehr genossen. Das Haus ist grosszügig und bietet einer Familie reichlich Platz. Die unterschiedlichen Terrassen sind einfach wunderbar: Liegen und Sonnenbaden am Pool, Frühstück am Steintisch vor dem Appartement, ein Digestif auf dem Balkon vor dem Wohnzimmer oder etwas Pétanque hinter der Garage. Das Ambiente ist sehr angenehm und wohnlich und lässt einen fühlen, als wäre man zu Gast bei Freunden. Die Aussicht bis ans Meer bei Cannes ist atemberaubend und verführt zum Träumen. Der Garten und Pool werden regelmässig und professionell gepflegt, was man auch sieht. Besonders erwähnenswert ist die hervorragende Betreuung durch den Vermieter. Sowohl vor, während und nach dem Aufenthalt wurden wir bestens mit Informationen versorgt. Alles in allem sehr gelungene Ferien. Herzlichen Dank!

Tolles Haus in schöner Lage

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub hier in Speracedes. Die Lage des Hauses ist super. Man kann sehr viel unternehmen. 25 min bis Cannes, 50 min bis Nizza und auch Saint Tropez und Monaco sind nicht weit.
