Do you want to discover the French Riviera? Enjoy a privileged stay in the hyper center of Cannes. You will love the location N ° 1 of this beautiful apartment, ideally located in the district known as: "La Banane", a few minutes walk from the Palais des Festivals, the Old Port of Cannes and the beaches of La Croisette.

It's simple, everything is accessible in less than 10 minutes on foot. The apartment has two spacious rooms, it is brand new, with a spacious and welcoming living room with its open kitchen, and it offers you the best comfort, with quality bedding, soft pillows, bright and functional rooms, with a clear view of the blue sky.

It is ideal for resting fully and enjoying the exceptional environment that Cannes offers.

Imagine strolling around the most beautiful markets in Provence, tasting Provençal specialties, taking your time to enjoy a glass of wine on the terrace in the sun with your loved ones.

You are also close to all shops, supermarkets, the train station and the shuttle to Nice airport. What a pleasure to do everything on foot! There is just profit. :-)

The apartment has a living room with a beautiful large well - equipped kitchen for feasting on market shopping. A microwave oven is added to the Nespresso coffee machine, the kettle, the toaster, the washing machine, the dishwasher ... It is important that, the dishwasher and the washing machine. ;-)

A free WIFI broadband connection (fiber) will delight everyone in the whole apartment. The spacious bedroom allows you to make single beds, or a large double bed, it's up to you. You'll love watching TV or your favorite series on Netflix, comfortably seated on the sofa bed, or cooking.

The bedroom has two wardrobes with wardrobes, a suitcase holder. Because your comfort is essential.

The bathroom has a large walk-in shower full of natural light, an electric towel dryer, a hairdryer, plates to straighten your hair ... Everything you need to get a makeover and relax.

If you are in a vehicle, there is a public car park nearby, as well as many free spaces close to the building, Bd Vautrin for example.

Bel appartement bien éclairé, très bien situé, proche de Casino pour les courses, de la croisette, plage et endroits festifs. Pas besoin de voiture pour se déplacer. Bonne adresse, propriétaires très accueillants.
