  • 27m² studio apartment with a mezzanine, ideally located in the heart of Cannes (at the beginning of Boulevard Carnot) in a beautiful building with high ceilings (3.20m), situated:

    - 400m from the Palais des Festivals
    - 400m from the beach
    - 150m from the city center
    - 100m from the train station and shops

    Towels and linens are provided.

    The apartment is very well-equipped, with reversible air conditioning and Wi-Fi (fiber optic).

    Bedding will be replaced in 2026.
