「Housekeeping forgot to clean up one of our room and I called at 4pm and asked them to make it up in the following 30-60mins when I was out. When I back to hotel at 8pm again the room remain the same. Finally they came and clean up and didn’t leave me new slippers (I left two notes to the reception, one in the morning and remind them again when I called at 4pm for housekeeping). The beds were also very comfy and AC was strong. I could not have had a better experience! Only complaint, 20 euros each to use the pool is a bit extreme, especially for a nice hotel like that, you’d expect it to be free.」

「Great location for Train/Buss connections and a short walk to the main shopping street and the Promenade. Rooms were basic but clean, the beds were very comfortable and the outdoor pool was in a nice Oasis garden setting. A great place to cool off after a day of walking/sightseeing. The staff were very welcoming and friendly a big shout out to Monty who went the extra mile for us on a few occasions.」
