“VERY cute place (we had the downstairs unit). Squeaky clean. Everything labled and organized. Friendly landlord (came by to cut the grass). Quiet neighborhood. Walk to the river in one minute, to the beach in five. No view of either one. Stocked with most everything we needed. Could use a new larger frying pan. Ad said they only had sheets, so we brought sleeping bags. Didn't need them - they had lots blankets & bedspreads. Ad said fenced yard for the dog, which was a major factor in choosing……

“I didn’t have a need to communicate with the owner, thus the 3 score. The property was clean and bright and smelled of fresh paint. Stocked with what we needed. Couldn’t get the TV in the kitchen to work. We didn’t stay our last three nights here as we really wanted to be in Newport. I would stay again but not for a week. ”

“The house was comfortable and clean. It was very easy to locate and a short walk to the beach. The house is located in a very quiet and clean neighborhood. The house is supplied with nice towels; the beds are comfortable and the kitchen wells supplied with dishes, cookware and utensils. During our visit the house had a fridge with an ice maker and filtered water. This is one perk we enjoy. Water pressure in the house and showers was great! This is something we don't always get. “We loved the location and how close to the beach it was. It was clean upon arrival and information was given for the area on things to do. There was no essentials in the pantry for cooking. The hot tub was giving us an error code while we were there. There was only enough gas for the BBQ for 1 night. A few things were broken in the place and the couch was not as advertised. The bathroom is really small. Parking with a big vehicle was hard with neighbors. Everything was communicated to the host……

“Exactly as advertised, except that the outside is better than the impression you might get from the pictures. A great place to stay at the coast if you don't need to be waterfront or have an ocean view. Perfect base for exploration, within easy walking distance of the beach and local restaurants.”
