「Clean and river access steps away」

「Check in was easy, front desk was terrific explaining everything the Inn offered with our stay. We had the Perennial cottage which was terrific and offered some privacy. Restaurant was great, service was wonderful and the food at both dinner and breakfasts was excellent. Highly recommend this Inn to stay, nice quiet property in Franconia. Pool was a nice plus as well.」

「We would definitely stay here again. The owners were very nice and helpful. The room was super clean and the grounds are well maintained. Has a nice pool and there is a sitting area in back of the motel where you can sit and watch a small river and also grills and a fire pit to have a fire. 」

「We stayed in a cottage. It has two rooms separated by a door. The air conditioning is only in the main room which can make the second room hot if the door is closed. The bed was a little too soft for my liking. There was an egg crate on it so I’m not sure what the mattress really felt like. The room was clean. It had a mini fridge and microwave. Overall it was a good value and easy access to pretty much everything in Lincoln. 」

「This place is awesome. My wife and I stay here quite often. We travel with our dogs are very accommodating to the dogs. They have a great area and back for the dogs. The rooms are very reasonably priced and super clean. The gentleman at the office was able to accommodate an early check in with no issues Issues whatsoever ever that was really appreciated. Good pool good hot tub good experience.」

「This is an older property. When we first arrived, I was skeptical from the outside. My family, who is use to staying in commercial hotel chains, thought I lost my mind, but THE VIEW (wow...breathtaking)!!!!! The room was clean, beds were comfy, bathroom was clean (dated, but that was okay...we got to let our kids experience a colored bathroom). The hotel was close to a near by town so we could grab dinner easily. It was close to our destination of the Flume Gorge, which was spectacular! We'd...

「Stonybrook is a classic roadside motel. I'm not sure how long it's been around, but it's in decent shape. Sure, it could use some paint and a refresh on furnishings, but I found it clean and comfortable enough in a quiet and attractive setting. The only disappointment was the breakfast, which was pretty lame. The coffee was terrible. Still, I'd return.」
