“The staff was very nice. The view from the room is on-point, and the beach is excellent for walking and just hanging out.”

Breakfast was great and the blueberry pancakes are fantastic. This is the hotel to book in Kennebunkport!”

“The oceanfront suites are comfortable, and we liked the balcony looking out at the water. If you plan to go there and provide some of your own meals, bring utensils and cups and plates. There is nothing in the cupboards, and though they will provide paper goods if asked, it's nice to have them more accessible. Location is great for a morning walk on the beach. Several good seafood places are open now in the off-season, so it's a good place to go for a beach get away before the summer crowds get……

“Checkin was not easy-nobody was there & I was ringing the bell. Was about to call when a cleaning staff member showed up. She was lovely but one shouldn't have to scramble about to check in. It was before 5:09”

“The hotel was beautiful. It was a perfect location. Beautiful shops in restaurant went off-season but still there were quite a few places opened. Only disappointment was should’ve been a full sitdown breakfast not continental with minimal breakfast.”

“We chose this accommodation for our first trip as a family with our 7-month old baby. The suite was perfect for our needs: well-equipped kitchen, large room that fit our play pen easily, comfy bed, etc). The indoor pool was very warm and great for rainy days with our little one and the location was amazing considering that it was April and we mostly went for walks in town and on the Marginal Way (rather than spend all day at the beach with a lot of gear). The walls are not the most soundproof……
